It was clean and was very glad to have air-conditioning as it was 35° while we were there A couple of times when we went to reception, there was no one there and had to wait around for someone to come.

Visited Mount piluates, boat, Charlie Chaplin museum, Bern and Zurich city One of the museums were okay cos too much information on the walls and writing information is too much to read cos really don't have to read all

Sadly the buffet breakfast was not available as the restaurant had closed, but the hotel staff kindly gave us croissants, coffee and juice and we understood a refund would follow from Booking.com Location a bit out of town, and up high on the hill, which shouldn’t really be an issue except that weather was so hot, so it was quite exhausting.

Good location, friendly staff. Comfortable bed and lovely room. Due to the high temperatures the room was uncomfortably warm, even with the fans provided.
