It did not had some basic useful stuff not worth buying of your own when traveling: some cooking oil, salt, piper, etc. There is a building construction nearby, it will not last forever, but being a very hot period, we had to sleep with the windows opened, and early in the morning they started working, and it was a bit loud, enough to wake you, along with the early trains, as there is a train station right next to the building, and we had the view right on its side.

Very clean, very modern, kitchen utensils included, close to a train station and grocery store No air conditioning. The description doesn’t say that AC is available but it should be clearly described!

it’s too small for 4 people , without living room to stay. only rooms and kitchen/dinning. its was heatwave when we came and no aircondition, only electric fan and it was very slow. we ended up sweating all the time we stayed there. we didn’t sleep properly because it was too hot. we have to open the window all the time.

Bathrooms are of a good size. The lack of cleanliness in the rooms and the halls at the apartments. The rugs, the beds are not as clean as they should and apparently it is impossible to get your room clean while staying at the hotel.

The apartment is well located right next to the train station. The building is very modern; the room was on the top floor (7th floor) with very large windows. It has a small kitchen and TVs in each room and in the living room. The room was like an oven, and the temperature inside was around 40-45 degrees Celsius; clothes dried in 30 minutes. We couldn’t sleep. The fan was of very poor quality; it didn’t cool. The stove couldn’t be turned off because you’d get burned. The coffee maker wasn’t a capsule machine. The kettle had a plug that wasn’t compatible with the Swiss plug in the room. The sink leaked from underneath, soaking everything. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The plates were not suitable for microwave use.

There were a few positive aspects to the stay. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep, and the location offered convenient access to public transportation, with a train station immediately nearby and a tram stop within a short walk. The shower also had strong water pressure. Unfortunately, these strengths largely reflected basic expectations rather than standout features, and they were not enough to offset the maintenance issues, design flaws, and lack of responsiveness that characterized the rest of the experience. The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the response to a problem we reported immediately upon arrival. All four built-in ceiling lights in one of the bedrooms flickered continuously and intensely, creating an effect that was more reminiscent of a nightclub than a bedroom. Beyond being extremely irritating, it could present a genuine concern for guests with photosensitive conditions. We notified management as soon as we arrived and were told someone would look into it, but no one ever did. The issue remained unresolved for the duration of our stay and set the tone for the property's overall approach to maintenance. Basic furnishings were also in poor condition. The kitchen table was so unstable that we avoided putting significant weight on it and were hesitant to do something as simple as slicing bread on its surface for fear that it might collapse or be damaged further. For a space intended for dining and meal preparation, this was both inconvenient and concerning. Unfortunately, that was not the only maintenance issue we encountered. A kitchen cupboard had clearly been damaged or improperly repaired in the past, leaving it visibly crooked and causing the upper hinge to detach from the cabinet door. When we contacted support regarding this issue, we were informed that nothing could be done that day. The dishwasher also emitted a remarkably strong and unpleasant odor until it was run, suggesting that it is overdue for cleaning or servicing. Several aspects of the apartment also felt poorly designed from a guest's perspective. The lighting control system was unnecessarily complicated for a short-term rental, making even simple tasks more frustrating than they needed to be. The combination microwave/convection oven was similarly difficult to operate, and no instruction manual was provided. Adding to the confusion, the dishes supplied in the apartment were not microwave-safe.

The door doesn't have locking mechanism from inside and even though there are safety doors just for a peace of mind I'd like to have a lock. It was also very warm, I cannot imagine how it is in the summer.

Was good for our stay and having a kitchen was convenient.

The location is next to a train station and some construction sites, it was noisy, another thing was that the sink was broken, but at least this issue was solved by the staff quickly

Good location! Parking was confusing. Had to call two representatives before I got clear instructions about parking. I ended up getting a ticket from SZU for parking in there spots. I was just trying to unload my car and take stuff in the apt.
