Rooftop Terrace, close to train station Not enough bedding and pillows
-
It was good and comfortable but the way to get keys was bit complicated and the service stuff wasn't available. No water kettle and very few coffee cups
-
Even tho we had good instructions to check in we still needed assistance. We did get help right away and didn’t have to wait.

Good location near public transport, not far from main station Spacious apartment, comfy bed, good shower Nice lounge area, generous size fridge Check in machine did not work, we waited for over an hour before someone came to sort it; we had no apology or goodwill gesture Because the machine didn't work, we had to pay separately. Hosts did not show up when they said, did not communicate, ignored messages and just turned up when they felt like it for payment Kitchen equipment inadequate - no microwave, toaster, frying pan, minimal crockery, eg no bowls, only 1 knife 1 curtain missing in main room, so we couldn't block out light
-
The kitchen needs to have more utensils of small sizes. The existing are very few and all of big size.

Not much Bed- hard and uncomfortable. Pillow- one and went flat within seconds. One blanket, NO FAN or AC. It was so hot we could barely sleep. Very very limited amenities. Loud until 11-12 pm. Check-in was a block away.

Apartment was clean. But finding the parking was terrible. No customer service, no parking guidance. Absolutely pathetic customer service.

Nice big apartment with good bed in a nice area!! Zurich is really expensive and with dining costs, you have to be ready to spend money!!

Good location , nice apartment

We ask for a guest card, but they ignore our request. The main door has a problem opening at times. Sometimes, you have to wait 30 minutes to try to open the door. The door needs maintenance. The check is in another apartment nearby.

Big Room All good

The facilities were average for Zurich - you can definitely find better It was impossible to figure out how to gain access on arrival and there was no out-of-hours assistance for a lone female travelling late at night. I had to pay for an expensive hotel elsewhere the first night because I couldn't get it. I have since seen other guests had the same problem with unclear access instructions. There is nothing about how to open the door in the welcome information. This needs to be fixed.

Very misleading to advertise this as “luxury.” While the listing does state that the photos were not of the exact unit, the representation versus reality was very different. We arrived in the evening after a long travel day to find there were no towels in the apartment, meaning we couldn’t even shower. I messaged that night not expecting a reply until the next morning. At 10:30 a.m. we were told towels would be brought, but by 4:00 p.m. there were still none, and only after following up again did someone eventually deliver them. The shower itself didn’t feel very clean, and there were spiders in the corners which made me question how often the space is dusted or deep cleaned. Our booking explicitly stated we would have a balcony, which was a main reason we booked this property, but there was none. That alone was a huge disappointment and misleading. The walk to downtown was also longer than expected, making the location inconvenient. Overall, this was not even close to a “luxury” experience and not worth the price. In the future we will stick to hotels where we can count on amenities being as described and staff being available when needed.

It was extremely difficult to make contact with the staff. It was self check in and they had said we could leave our bags with staff. It was nearly impossible to get response on day of reservation. A cleaning person in the building finally helped us. Also the checkin was one block away and that was not communicated

Location was ok. Walkable to a tramfor the main train station. No breakfast Didn’t like that the bathroom had molds in the tiles, otherwise the drain was good
-
Front door keys were broken, so we needed to text someone to open the door each time we wanted to get in and out. Check in and opening the door was a bit of a hassle. Dryer was broken.

The two apartments we rented are nice, they have the amenities we needed, and I think they're newly renovated. They have a lift to use especially if you're bringing heavy suitcases.
