Delta City Hotels - Self check-in

The room included wifi and the facility had laundry. The room itself was spacious and included enough beds (family room). The property was inconveniently located, unclean, and unbelievably warm. The property was hard to get in contact with, and there is no staff on site.

Self check in was easy It was extremely hot in our room. The bathroom was filthy and no one wanted to use the shower without shoes.

Overall, this was a very clean place to stay. It’s a self-check-in, no-frills accommodation, and it’s priced accordingly. It’s conveniently located near the train station and the food market. The bathroom reminded us of a camper bathroom, which was fine. However, because it’s so small and the toilet doesn’t have a lid, you’ll want to be careful with your toiletries, as they can easily fall into the toilet. A few extra hooks and a small shelf would help prevent this. We also noticed what appeared to be a few small mold spots on the shower wall, though this may be due to guests closing the bathroom door before the shower has a chance to dry. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We especially liked the little balcony and appreciated having an elevator, which made bringing our luggage up and down much easier. No screens on the windows to keep the bugs out when trying to stay cool as there is no AC- there was a fan.

Very affordable for Zurich standards, good location, clean. Small rooms and late check in - but absolutely no problem for that price

Location was the best part about this property. I wish there would’ve been a little bit more transparent about the no air-conditioning. I found a couple small bugs in the room. When I reached out to the hotel about the TV, nobody responded. Nobody responded when I reached out about the TV. I also didn’t like that there was no AC in the room and I’m pretty sure there were some bugs that I found on the room couple small ones on top of the bed.

The location was great. Rooms were very basic with no tables. No cutlery - not even a cup to drink water.

The room for 4 wasn’t in the best shape. Broken shower, broken shampoo holder plus the floor wasn’t completely clean.

Good location No AC, very hot in the room. Room is extremely small and not comfortable. The sink is so small that you can't even wash your hands there because all the water will end up on you. Needs a renovation for sure. Location next to bar so when you trying to open windows to breathe during the night, you here all noise from the bar

Good & clean budget hotel with minimal facilities

The only positive aspect of this stay was the convenient location close to the train and bus stations. Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. There were many dead mosquitoes on the ceiling, and I also noticed bed bugs. The windows did not have nets/screens to prevent insects from entering. The bed itself had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom sink was unbelievably small, the hand soap dispenser was not working, and there was no table in the room. The hangers were fixed to the wall and there were only two of them, which was very inconvenient. There were also no slippers provided, and since this is a self check-in property with no staff available, there was nobody to ask for basic amenities or assistance. Overall, this did not feel like a proper hotel experience and was far below expectations. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, and the overall cleanliness was disappointing. There were dead mosquitoes on the ceiling, insects entering through the window due to the lack of a screen, and the bed had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom sink was extremely small, the soap dispenser was not working, and there were very limited amenities. There was also no staff available on-site for assistance, which made the experience frustrating. Overall, the stay did not meet hotel-level expectations.

It was clean and comfortable. It was a 10-15 min walk to certain restaurants.

Very clean and modern room. Overall quiet despite being close to the railway. Well located just next to train station. Check-in process is very fast and convenient. Room was very small with not much storage space.

Noisy because of the trains and very tiny for 4 people

They gave me late check out till 12PM The room was too small ,no chairs or oven a small table. The mattress keeps moving so you cant set on the bed at all The bathroom was so closed and you cant set on it, also the glass is transparent and its not reaching the ceiling so the room was not suitable for couples or friends it sonly for solo travelers
