Very new and clean hotel with a modern design. The room service machiattos (and restaurant staff generally) were fantastic! It ended up being more expensive due to a room upgrade, it is off the main street on a side street with a lot of busy bars at night, so not great for walking if you're new in town. Hot water was hit or miss.

This hotel opened in May 2022 and still has the feel of a new establishment. The staff are friendly and helpful with a quick check in and concierge to carry bags. The room was spacious and with a nice small balcony overlooking the city. It could do with a table and chairs mind you. Bed and pillows comfortable, all the usual facilities are there but no coffee only tea sachets and no milk. Bathroom very spacious and very hot water and shower pressure. Food is ok but room service runs all night which is good. Transfer to the airport was smooth and free. It's not far! There's a lot of white in the decor so they'll have to keep on top of the maintenance! Lost hot water for a day due to a plumbing issue and communication could have been better about that. Breakfast is a very Ethiopian affair with plenty of cold savoury dishes on the buffet and only a few continental items if that's not your thing. They don't like accepting Birr in cash ( due to black market exchange rate) and actually surcharge you to use it even from a local.

Because of previous reviews, I was concerned about quality and interruptions of hot water and internet. These issues have been addressed and were not a problem during my stay. Location is not great, but this is Addis and it was really not a problem either.

The hotel is new and very clean , the staff are all wonderfull and very helpful , the location is good close to a main street with shops and many coffee places! No hot water to shower and the Internet is not so great!

Clean, modern hotel Water pressure and the non-availability of hot water need to be addressed. The Wi-Fi also seems to be limited.

Excellent value for money. Very spacious rooms with balconies. wide selection for breakfast buffet. Helpful staff. Good quality steam room. Bery cheap massage. Shower temperature was a bit temperamental and the area is not very nice. But easy to access anywhere by taxi.

The Hotel staff was absolutely exceptional,friendly.The front office Manager name Aman was great very professional. Very clean bathroom except the shower there was not a hot water hopefully they will work on it

It's very clean maybe it's a brand new Hotel, and the stuff is very friendly The breakfast was not so good, but they do have a good cappuccino. My booking was missing luckily the had some room the night front desk agent told us they don't accept American express, which was resolved at the check out.
