I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Although it was a short stay and I had a very busy schedule, everything made my visit comfortable and stress-free. The location was great and made it easy to get around. The staff were friendly, kind, and always willing to help whenever I needed anything. The hotel was very clean, and my room was comfortable and well maintained. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the whole team for your wonderful hospitality Nothing, really. It was a short stay, and I had a very busy schedule, so I didn’t have enough time to notice any issues. Everything went smoothly, and I had a pleasant experience overall.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good Breakfast buffet. Clean room and comfortable bed. The hot water for shower wasn't working so well, and the bathroom facility might need some renewal.

The room was clean The construction noise was so loud although I asked for a room in the 8th floor but it was really hard to sleep on my second day the AC stopped working and I couldn't sleep at all I complained and the sent me a fan! And they where like use it cause the AC is not working the breakfast was okay but with the construction noise u cant really enjoy ur breakfast I know there is a construction going on the whole city but I wish they tell u this before booking so u can find alternative places with less construction

This is my 5th time at Mado Hotel. It is the best hotel in Addis Ababa and I will always come back here! If you want a lovely hotel with amazing, helpful staff, good food and a wonderful location....come to Mado!

The amazing staff is the real highlight of this hotel, reception desk, bellboys, room service, waiters and security everyone is friendly and helpful. Rooms are neat and clean. The breakfast and lunch options are wonderful. The chefs are kind enough to make some special orders for our kids. Mado hotel is definitely our regular hotel whenever we visit the city again

The breakfast was not as fresh. Everything seemed recycled and brittle. Only the fruit was fresh with exception of the pineapple. My bed was rickety on the one side so could only sleep on one side of the bed.

The breakfast was awesome. Great variety to choose from and courteous staff in the Green restaurant The A/C in the room was not working. After reporting to the hotel, I expected them to rectify it. However, they brought me an electric warmer but I could not sleep with it on as I consider that risky. The response time was a bit slow .e.g my clothes took so long I had to go to the reception to receive them from laundry department.
