Comfortable, great location, great staff

The hotel is very well located. And our room was quiet despite being central. The gym is open 24 hours, not heaps of equipment but it’s ok. The pool is small but it’s open at 6am and heated in the winter. Good value for money overall

The location is perfect and the secure parking is very reasonably priced compared to a lot of other hotels in the city On this occasion we couldn’t find anywhere to plug in the kettle unless it was on the ground. Other rooms are set up differently and there hasn’t been a problem in the past. Stayed in room 715

Very reasonably priced being in the city with secure parking Parking is tight if you have a large car. But very well priced compared to other hotels in the area and it’s secure.

Good location lovely staff comfortable rooms Breakfast was average with limited options for vegans or non diary eaters

It was conveniently located in the CBD. It was clean., a very good size and comfortable I wasn’t there long enough to find anything I didn’t like

Value for money with breakfast included The breakfast selection does not cater well for dairy free or vegan, but does seem to provide gf. No alternative milks and spreads available. When I asked for soy milk the staff member obligingly brought some in a cup, would have been better and easier to manage in a small jug.

I was very disappointed to find out when I arrived that the Adelaide Grand Chancellor no longer had free EV charging in the carpark, not only was the charging no longer free but it was charging above any of the chargers in the area at $0.50/kWh. I have chosen to stay at the AGC over other cheaper/better facilities accomodation options because of this even when I didn't need to use it, because I appreciated the commitment in the choice to provide this, which set it apart from other hotels. For my view at that price - it might as well not be there at all now.
