Great location, very clean room and swimming pool, great restaurants

Beautiful property, well maintained with a beautiful back sand and rock beach. Everything was lovely!

It was okay for and older resort. The white paint makes it look good. Are room had ants running around on the floor and counters. To many little kids running around pool areas.

The food selection was very good!

We stayed at family suite with two bedrooms. It was very clean, spacey, comfortable, separate bathrooms, beautiful view at the sea. We really enjoyed it! The whole hotel is very nice, clean, lot's of greenery (and cats). The stuff was very pleasant. Actually, we don't have any complaints. They really try hard to do everything run smoothly. The beach was not sand, but black gravel mixed with sand, but that's not something hotel could do better because it is the natural location as it is.

We would like to extend our biggest gratitude to Eirini - Guest Relations (Reception) whom went out of her way to made our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. She definitely contributed to making our stay a memorable one with her exceptional customer service.

The bay (location) is amazing if you're looking for a quiet non-crowded beach and holiday. The food is amazing and the overall hospitality is above expectations Nothing in particular. The place is giving more than what was promised. And then some.

Just back from a break at Dimitra Beach Hotel and what a fantastic break it was! From the welcome on checking in, to checking out this hotel cannot be faulted. They have everything just right. All the staff is really doing their best to make sure nothing is missing! The room and all outdoor were well maintained and always clean! Dinner was offering many delicious options. It was a pity that we only stayed one night. I truly recommend the whole experience.

Its beachfront I’ll start by saying this hotel is certainly not wheelchair friendly, pram friendly for those with little kids…you literally have to go to the main road while pushing your pram for those with little ones - for breakfast, lunch and dinner and it’s also uphill so you’re going up and down a hill at least 6 times a day as there are no ramps…I wouldn’t call this a five star hotel as is described…The manager is certainly not friendly…my husband could no believe it when I told him that was the manager and we had stayed at the hotel an entire week. The food was practically the same every day. There was only a themed dinner once for an entire week we were there. The bungalow rooms really need an upgrade…from the bathrooms to the Air Conditioning it was honestly a nightmare. On the positive side…the boys at the beach bar - Specifically Theodor who was serving drinks at the pool bar near the family suites really made this stay much nicer! Always wore a smile on his face, friendly and gave the best restaurant recommendations. Thank You Theodor and all the best as you go back to school!

The hotel has its own beach, the sea was crystal clear. All rooms have unobstructed sea view. Good location. Espresso machines in every room. I'd like to first start by saying that we paid 300 EUR/night for this hotel, and it certainly did not feel like a 300 EUR hotel. The breakfast was in poor quality. For example instead of freshly baked croissants they served prepackaged ones. Same for cakes and cookies as well. Cheese selection was poor. It did not help that the staff was indifferent and rude at times. Just to give an example, we were scolded by the staff for sitting in a four people table by just two. Treating us like kids (we are all 35+). The AC in my room was not working, I let the staff know about this, but this issue was not fixed during my stay. Overall the rooms felt cheap with fake marbles in bathrooms and cheap brand AC and TV in the room. Its private beach only offered beds and shades, no music, no service. Everything about Dimitra feels CHEAP but the price.

Dimitra Beach Resort has several positives: the arrival experience is smooth, with a welcome drink and efficient check-in, plus a golf cart service for luggage. The resort's grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush green spaces and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with daily restocked minibars and good air conditioning. The beach area is clean, with available showers, and drinks can be brought to you from the bar. The resort features three pools, each with a bar, offering convenience and variety. The evening entertainment is varied, with some standout performances that enhance the overall experience. Several areas fall short of expectations for a 5-star rating. The quality of food and drinks is inconsistent, with very repetitive options and subpar offerings at the à la carte restaurant La Cucina. Service at the bars and restaurants can be slow, and some staff appear disinterested, often engaging in conversations with each other while guests wait to be served. The bathrooms in the rooms need renovation, with low water pressure, unpleasant odors, and poor design. There is a daily struggle for sunbeds around the pools due to high demand and limited availability. Overall, the resort lacks the refined service, attentive staff, quality, and amenities expected from a top-tier property.

Bar staff at the pools were so lovely, friendly, helpful!! Most staff in the restaurants were polite, though not as friendly or helpful as last year. Seemed that they were very run of their feet sadly. Food was fabulous, particularly in the buffet. Great variety every mealtime and it was clear the staff took great pride in preparing the food, keeping it topped up etc. Entertainment in the evenings was good fun and varied. Rooms were sadly not as clean as last year - lots of dust, areas that hadn't been cleaned at all, hairs from previous guests etc Pool sides also not kept as clean as previously, sticky tables, empty cups/ rubbish on floors, slippery floors etc. Previous years there have been more staff able to keep the areas clean and tidy. Paid extra 80 euros to hang on to our room for a few extra hours onto the last day, however room didn't get cleaned at all so came back to get ready in a messy room with no clean towels. This is v picky however we felt let down by these things in comparison to last year when it was all FAB!

The room was clean and maintained - the fact that the sink is outside just out there in the room and the shower in another place was absolutely un convenient - the bathroom door was a bit transparent not suitable for group of friends or family with kids - the staff was less than the requiered and was always busy and under pressure because they are much less compared to the guests no..we needed the bell man to take the luggage’s and they said you have to wait because he’s busy and we ended up with the house keeping lady to take them ( one bell man I guess for the whole place!) - we requested a late check out to 3pm instead of 11am and we had to pay 70 euros extra - we requested a paid late check out for the other rooms but they refused ( only 1 hr was given)
