Since this is a newly opened boutique hotel, we came with fairly high expectations. From the very beginning and to the end, every aspect of this holiday had exceeded all our expectations. The hotel facilities, the outstandingly professional staff, the fairly secluded location without masses of other tourists, the peace and quiet, the food quality (and quantity, for those worried) and brilliant beachfront all deserve a straight 10/10. This is a small hotel with roughly 30 rooms and therefore perfect for all that wish some peace and intimacy. The hotel has an open outdoor gym - compact, but one of the best equipped I've witnessed anywhere else in the Mediterranean. Who ever designed the gym obviously has an idea what equipment is actually useful. A big bonus - something commonly neglected by so many five-star hotels - is the quality of the coffee. Each cup at breakfast is prepared to order by a skilled barista (without a surcharge!) and is thoroughly enjoyable (from americanos to milk-based drinks). The staff was absolutely outstanding, professional and always helpful. The room was consistently made twice daily (in the evening, we usually just asked for more water and an occasional towel) and the staff at the restaurant was always friendly and open. There are not many options to dine out in the walking distance of the hotel, but this was never an issue for us, as everything prepared by the hotel restaurants was always very tasty and of high quality. And very reasonably priced. For those wanting to visit Kos town, the bus stop is located literally outside the hotel front gate and will take you to town once every hour for 2 Euros pes person and in about 25 minutes. For those wondering why the hotel only has 4 instead of 5 stars - we firmly believe this is simply because they do not have a pool, which would also have been completely unnecessary. The beachfront is extraordinary with always enough options to find a spot and a few steps away from your room.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed, creating such a serene ambiance. It’s a perfect escape from the chaos, yet still just a short drive from Kos Town. The service was consistently excellent. Every single staff member we encountered was polite, warm, and genuinely friendly, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. It’s the little details that stood out – from the attentiveness, to the little farewell gift left on our bed on our last night, to the small touches around the property that show how much care goes into running this hotel. Food was very good, with fresh flavors and nicely prepared dishes. The only note is that the variety is somewhat limited, but what is available is of a high standard. The hotel’s location right by the sea is also a highlight – though it’s worth mentioning that the beach is pebbly and getting into the water can be a bit challenging, it’s still a lovely setting. If we had to give any constructive feedback, it would be minor things: having a bin in the room (not just in the bathroom) would be convenient, and it seemed the glassware was rinsed during daily cleaning rather than replaced. Neither of these points detracted from the overall experience, though. All in all, this boutique hotel offers tranquility, beauty, and caring service – a perfect choice for anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful environment with easy access to Kos Town. Highly recommended!

Staff was friendly, beach was good and clean, wifi coverage was ok. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Last year the breakfast was very good, you could have chosen from many selections, and to be honest that was one of the many reasons that i choose this hotel again, however this year the quality was bad. Also constant remainder of the receptionist that you would be charged for this and that, was very off-putting. I come to enjoy myself and am well aware that i’ll pay for the service. The moment we checked out we asked if we could use the beach and there she was, telling us that they might not have a bed for us and we have to pay and stuff. People go to vacation to relax and in my opinion hotels should be more flexible and try to be helpful for their guests.

Lovely new hotel with very nice rooms and restaurant in a beautiful setting. Staff great and breakfast also really good. No pool but direct access to beach with dedicated sun beds, towels, bottled water was really nice. Sea swimming also excellent with no boats to navigate We enjoyed the music in the beach area most of the time but sometimes it was a bit loud (mostly at lunchtime when the DJ was there which may have been a weekend thing)and didn’t really feel music was needed at breakfast! It’s a beautiful peaceful setting and nice to listen to the waves.

Loved the view , the staff , the room . Very relaxing and beautiful place if you want peace and tranquillity. Not sure I would have stayed with small children , but as a singles , couples trip or with older children it’s perfect . Loved how laid back it was and not busy . The staff went out of their way to make it perfect It’s a new hotel . Everything was perfect but Some milk in the rooms would have been amazing as well as conditioner

A spotlessly clean facility, good quality stuff and very friendly staff; although the beach is rocky, the sea is crystal clear and mostly waveless. I paid approximately €1000 for 4 nights. For this price I would expect a larger and more spacious room. And a facility that has more things to do.
