the pool is the best thing about this property . the rooms are small , light beaming in the room from the toilet window ( nothing can be done about it ) , room was fairly dusty , called for luggage help 3x at checkout no staff ever came , we carried 4 bags up multiple flights of stairs . I honestly don't think this facility has seen many Americans - especially not African Americans .

we really enjoyed the meals here. we were half board I think next time would be full board. Not leaving the resort during our stay. we did not stay long enough!!

My stay at the Michelangelo resort was exceptional. The staff members were extremely nice and helpful; a special thank you goes to Polis Tatelos for being very friendly, welcoming and supportive. I would definitely come back- probably next year. Generally, I think everything was nice and organized. I might have just for a wider variety of food.

It was a nightmare trying to get a taxi into town.

Overall i was very satisfied with the hotel. The room was very confortable and quiet. It was clean. The quality of food and beverages was exceptional. The infitinity pool is just spectacular. I really liked the breakfast and the dinner however i have to admit i was disappointed with the snack bar. Snack varierity was very limited. I can't possibly think of a snack bar without pizza and hamburger. I think there is a room for improvement there. Also especially in the main restaurant, indicators for food was not fully functional. Sometimes it was hard to understand if i was having a chicken or pork. There were some indicators there but mostly there was none.

Prime location with stunning views over the sea + friendly staff. Secluded beach. Just another massive resort with no soul or distinguished amenities - the infinity pool is nice but also means infinite mass of people (that was in October, don’t want to imagine in peak season). The food in the main hall just does its job: fills you up - don’t expect a tasty buffet. The website / pictures sells quite a different story. The triple sea view room (supposedly premium) was just above the main night bar (sound proofing is not in the plan), had no decor or touch and had a not so nice leak from the loo. Overall amenities are ok, they do their job but you can feel that investments are not in the plan neither.

Bartending staff were amazing. Goat shit everywhere, Dinner serving staff after initial service totally ignored you. Room cleaning was hit and miss. Didnt like that they neglected to tell you about having to be there for a week if you wanted to go to one of the other restaurants.

Great hotel. Food was decent, staff great, but the diamond in it all is the incredible infinity pool. You have to get there early for a sun bed but it is what it is. Snooze, you lose.

Everything, especially the fantastic and cheerful staff and their efforts to make you feel welcome. And, of course, the infinity pool. ? Unfortunately, the main room entrance door is poorly soundproofed. You can hear all the noise from the hallway when people pass by or cleaners talk on their phones or with each other. The room itself is perfect, though.

Excellent facilities in a dreamy location, spotless accommodation and staff were really friendly and helpful! The food was nice but a bit repetitive if staying for longer than one week. They also didn’t have enough staff and the main eating area felt a bit canteen than restaurant.

Location. Not far from kos center. Windless, organized beach, clear water. Dimitris at reception was very welcoming and friendly. Stained glasses at breakfast area. non-iron wrinkled sheets in the bedroom
