Room cleaning

I'll start this review by saying that our stay at Crystal Centro was, all things considered, very good. The food and drinks were great, the activities inside the resort were fun, the daily shows were captivating. As I mentioned at the beginning, the food was great! Everything was fresh and many of the dishes are prepared right in front of you (eg. the grill, burgers and pastries). There are also many drinks to choose from, including cocktails. The kids/baby buffet could be more varied, but it was nice that it exists in the first place. The resort is clean and doesn't feel outdated. Though we didn't have the time to join the activites hosted by the staff, I thought it was very nice that staff members walk around and invite people to the daily activites. There was some kind of show every night. The ones we went to were very entertaining. That being said, I do have to point out three big issues that we came across. First and biggest problem: when we arrived at the hotel we were told that they did not have the two rooms we reserved and paid for. This is unacceptable even for a low-cost 2 star hotel, and is absolutely shameful for a 5 star luxury resort. It was only after my wife argued with the receptionists and manager for 1 hour that somehow two rooms suddenly became available. I don't have to tell you how unpleasant that is after a long journey. Second issue: the seafood restaurant is not as advertised. As far as I can tell, they don't actually have a third kitchen dedicated for the seafood restaurant. And because of this it takes a very VERY long time for anything to be brought to the table. Our experience was made even worse as we waited about 1 hour for a second serving before asking the waiter about our order, only to be told that they forgot to place it to the restaurant. Third big issue: in rooms there was a terrible and intense smoking smell that came through the ventilation system. We were forced to keep the air conditioning on non stop because once stopped the smell invaded us. Extremely unpleasant. In our room, there was a smoking detector in the ceiling but most probably just for decor. It's impossible not to detect that kind of smoke. Other smaller problems: on the 8th floor, the cleaning team arrives always after 2PM, even 3 PM when we had to put the baby to sleep (so we had the do-not-disturb sign on). This meant that we had to go and ask the cleaning staff for new towels every day. At the quick bar the burgers (fast food) are served only at their table, so I was not being able to take it a few steps to the terrace of the main restaurant to serve them with my family that preferred other menu options. Needlessly inconvenient.

The resort is exceptional spotlessly clean with delicious food and well-appointed rooms. The staff are consistently attentive and helpful; for example, if your drink is nearly finished, they promptly bring you a fresh one. The buffet is always well-stocked with a wide variety of dishes, and there are additional dining options available by the pool area and other restaurants. 1 restaurant offers either Italian, fish or Turkish every night, you need to book and everything is included in the price. There are water slides for young children and adults, there are cabanas etc. The indoor pool is excellent, and the spa facilities are outstanding. My family and I booked a full massage package, and not only were we offered a discount, but they also provided a complimentary children's treatment for my son. The hammam baths are also a highlight and the massage was perfect. The bars are open throughout the day, and there’s a 24-hour restaurant available as well. Housekeeping staff are friendly and accommodating—even if not all speak fluent English, they make every effort to assist. I would absolutely return and highly recommend Crystal Centro. The room was on the warm side, we had to open the balcony door in the evening

Best option for value for money all inclusive resort with less than half of the price of resorts around it

The food, pools and the all inclusive package make this an incredible property to holiday with family. The kids play area was open through the day and well equip equipped. The pool and water rides were the highlight The staff in the reception could have been a bit more welcoming

Very good

My wife, my friend and his wife stayed for five days. The stay was really great. We enjoyed our time very much. The activities were great. The hotel design was great. The room design was the best. The rooms were cleaned daily. They came a little late, but that was okay. It is really a hotel worth trying and rating 10/10. The fish restaurant was really delicious. It was booked 3 days in advance. The music was beautiful in the restaurant. We lost our gold ring with a distinctive mark when we left. When we contacted them, it was found and received from security. Thank you very much for your honesty. There were a few negatives, but they are acceptable. I hope they will be taken into consideration so that they can be developed. The services were a little weak by the staff. We had to get our own juices and snacks. The elevators were crowded in the evening. We arrived early and were hosted for breakfast, but it was delayed until 2:30 in the afternoon until we received our rooms. The food was a little repetitive, but the stay was excellent.

A good variety at the buffé. Really nice pool area and also a huge plus for the bar at the pier! Most of the stab were really friendly, especially those working at the buffé! We loved that the Kids club were open for so many hours. Our 11 month old baby had the chance to play and take a break from the heat. Unfortunately, we were ignored at the check in and also at another occassion. Both of the times, the receptionist chose to help the other guest first, even though they saw that we were waiting. A bad first impression we must add. Also, a stab member approached us at the Kids club asking if we want to review the hotel. When she located the Google page, we noticed that she gave our review 5 star without even asking or anything. She told us that she had to take a picture of the review and send it to her boss. Of course we changed it, however that is not how you do things at a hotel like this.

The breakfast was amazing My sister got chased by 8 dogs on the beach and she was very scared when this happened. This is unacceptable - those dogs should not be on a holiday resort. One of our rooms was dirty and there were scratch marks over furniture.

this hotel was AMAZING , the staff are brilliant the facilities were great , the rooms were great , very spacious, i wanted to take the bathroom home it was that nice. we came at a perfect time of the year as it wasn’t too packed it was very chilled and peaceful , the food was WOW. , we went for my friends birthday and she had the best time , i wish we stayed longer but we will deffo be back!! SPECIAL SHOUTOUT to MUSTAFA he was our favourite we loved him , he works so hard it’s unreal (from breakfast to lunch to dinner) all day he works terribly hard so thank you to him we enjoyed his warm welcoming so much. Mehmet aswell , excellent hospitality ?, all the staff were AMAZING. Thank you for having us. nothing

Beach facilities are great, huge swimming pools, wonderful waterpark rides for adults and children, ample bars spread around the hotel grounds, staff works diligently on cleaning up common areas and keeping them organized, solid wi-fi coverage on the hotel grounds, including the beach, large variety of food in the self-service restaurants, plenty of vegetables Dated facilities, quality of housekeeping services was lacking (trash not always emptied, dirty fridge never got cleaned), big portion of staff does not speak languages other than Turkish, no blankets in rooms (only thick sheets), price gouging taxi drivers charge double above the official meter prices (not quite the hotel problem, but they don't really push back on that), limited variety of proteins in self-service food areas, lots of "junk carb" food options

already put a complaint in to booking.com regards to poor expectations and poor customer service from the hotel staff, utterly unprofessional, rude, disappointed with the overall service. Example - an alarm was going off in my room from 12 midnight to 6am - i rang hotel reception who advised me they cannot do anything about it apart from in the morning, i.e. i should continue to try to sleep with a chirping loud alarm !! pathetic

Check in was smooth, pools were lovely so was the beach with plenty of sunbeds with umbrellas. Daily activities were good plus shows. Plenty of places to eat and good selection. liked the timed seating in the main restaurant made it less busy. The beds were quite low and not that comfortable. The extra bed was soo small and very uncomfortable not suitable for adult. No evening entertainment for adults only.
