Maybe I got unlucky. But it was extremely dirty and I wasn't greeted in a very rude way. The last thing you want at 4 a.m. is issues like this, I was to tired to complain and move.

Nothing!!! I reserved at this hotel for 1 day, when i came the guy was smoking in the lobby (what looked more like a halway with a desk). It took a long time before i could check in. When i finnaly got my key, i went up to the room and when I entered there was already someone in the room. Then i went back down to tell him that. After i told him he got called by someone, and he picked up and started to talk true the phone. At this moment i was done with the place, i took forever, bad service, it was dirty and it smelled because of smoke. So i told him never mind i want my money back, he didnt want to give it back. So i just said never mind and walked away.

nice location. friendly and helpful reception. i didnt have a balcony. there is no elevator. matress was very bad, towels and blankets were not comfortable. not daily cleaning. bathroom smell very bad all day, every day. and my fridge was not working. front desk decor and looks was not inviting. but the staff did their best, under the circumstances.
