kind welcome, excellent services, and friendly staff who are always ready to help.

Breakfast had good choices and the quality was good. Good coffee with choice of machines or carafe.Reception staff were very helpful. We had initial problems with internet but this was rectified when mentioned Only one lift which meant long waits sometimes.

Great value for the end of September price. All inclusive: good and varied food 3 times a day. Basic drinks like beer and whisky included, also at the beach bar. Beach chairs and umbrellas included. Sandy beach (not extremely fine sand, but not gravel either). Friendly, helpful and hardworking staff. As a coincidence, one of our group had his birthday while we were there and they gave us the VIP treatment for that day: champagne in the room, a reserved front row table for the evening show and a celebratory moment including cake and fireworks - we were very surprised how much effort they put into this. They had a couple of themed dinners. They have a show every evening. They have a few reserved parking spots just outside and the staff can help park it for you. We always found a free spot, although at the time we were there I don't think there were many guests that came by car, otherwise it would be pretty difficult to find a place in the street. Overall, the staff has really tried hard to make our stay memorable and we felt welcomed. Good position in walking distance from the Old Bazaar and port (30mins), and from the Damlatas cave and the cable car station to the fortress (10mins). Air conditioning in the room. Great Wifi at the beach, good wifi in the room. The TV has USB and HDMI ports so you can connect an external device if you have one. Minor things but there were some large flat stones when entering the sea and it gets relatively deep pretty fast. Our room was at the floor level and we didn't have a balcony and no view. Room cleaning not every day and always late (after 11-12 AM when we were already in the room back from the beach). The small TV does have a few channels including international ones like german and romanian (TVR International), but they are transmitted through a local analog cable system and aren't tuned very well (some have interference).

It was a good hotel except that there were cats every where and the beer was not cold. The bathroom smells not good.

If you want to relax and not think about anything, then you need to go to the Xperia Saray Beach Hotel. The staff is very friendly, everything will be brought, taken away and even if necessary they will also take you to the room, the STAFF is just a TORNADO. The view from the balcony is simply fantastic. There is no road between the hotel and the sea, from the hotel you get to the pool, from the pool to the bar, from the bar to the beach, from the beach to the sea. the hotel arranged discos, live music in different languages and other various entertainment. The food was very tasty and different every day. The staff will solve any of your requests in a second. I highly recommend the hotel for a holiday.

We were very satisfied with choosing this hotel, because it is on the first row of Cleopatra beach, the views are simply amazing, the man who worked at the reception was Recep, who was especially kind and helpful, he helped us with all questions, the food was delicious, the mini bar is filled every day, the rooms and towels are changed every day , the hotel was not overcrowded, there was always a free sunbed, of course we would definitely come back again .By the way you can find few beauty cats inside who live there. So who love animals, that’s amazing ?‍⬛?

+ most staff very friendly and helpful + very good massage offered in spa - very poor soundproofing in bedrooms, so even on the highest floor, the music from parties was too loud to sleep even wearing earplugs - food and drink was low standard - hotel guests in nearby rooms were very loud when returning drunk each night to their room

- location is very good, almost in the middle of Alanya - beautiful privat beach, it is very clean - near to castle (10min walk) - performance /concerts in the hotel every evening (some of them were really nice) - personal is very polite and doing their best - cleaning every day - water/soft drinks in the room every day - the hotel is old, inside/outside it is just old - food is okay - Very noisy!!!! It is absolutely not possible to sleep one night through: from one side of the hotel is yard music, from other side is bar street. And you hear every little noise your neighbour does - Apparently my neighbour has smoked in the room so the air in my room was absolutely disgusting - Overcrowded in the hotel although we were in may( not high season):one elevator if you on 6th floor good luck with waiting to get down - dinner area is a mess, absolutely not Restaurant feeling-it is more canteen - Safe is extra, 2€/day - Problems with the opening room door every day, door card didn’t work
