Great location. My room was in the Zen wing and very peaceful.

This was previously the Hotel AKA which is now named The Satire which is part of the Marriot chain. There were odd security stationed everywhere including entering the floors of our rooms. We are regular guests at the hotel and have never felt so uncomfortable. We loved the Hotel AKA, but may try other boutique hotels before staying here again.

I travel several times a week. This is the worst hotel experience I have had in years. The staff - barring a couple of exceptions ( Bar tender / waiters/ Valet) couldn’t care less about the clients. The room was dirty..

The staff was wonderful as always. The carpet in the room I was assigned is in desperate need of a deep steam cleaning. The AC was not as cool as the reading on the thermostat.

It screamed luxury which is what you want when you travel. Beautiful property and room. Great dining room and friendly staff.

The hotel was beautiful. The moment we pulled up customer service was amazing! The valet the associate checking us in all amazing and welcoming ! The room was spacious, clean and smelled amazing !! Absolutely loved how comfortable the bedding was and location is excellent for a night out and getting to DC no hassle!!

Good location - Room air condition is too noisy which keeps you awake. - lighting in the lobby and corridors is too dimmed. - lobby and amenities needs Cleanning.
