The location was excellent. The staff were very helpful. The noise from the air conditioner kept me awake most of the night.

Very nice hotel. Have stayed there many times. There’s a parking garage that connects to the hotel. It’s a bit pricey but you park it yourself - no valet. But no continental breakfast either.

The hotel was in a great location, plenty of restaurants and shops to browse. It was only 1 1/2 blocks from the waterfront which was really nice as the weather was perfect for walking and exploring. The hotel also had a very nice restaurant and the wait staff was helpful.

The location was perfect. The lobby of the hotel was beautiful, and served sangria or old- fashions during the happy hour daily. We loved the location of the hotel because it was so near the Walking district. The hotel staff on each shift were lovely, and very helpful. My room number 425 had an unpleasant odor. I asked for a room deodorizer and they brought it to me. That did help the odor in the room, but clearly the carpet needed cleaned.

The staff at the Alexandrian is exceptional. They provide every courtesy one would expect at a Bonvoy. It is always our pleasure to stay at the Alexandrian when we are in Alexandria.

Love the decorations in our room. We asked for 2 extras pillows and bath towels and they were brought up to our room. Wish the beds were Queen instead of Full, but we made it work. The hair conditioner was empty in room 221,

Had a tough time, room was not ready when we arrived for check-in, and due to recent storms they were apparently short-staffed. Not entirely their fault, but it def affected our stay.

Great location close to everything. Very cute town. Restaurant onsite but no room service. Rooms are a bit rundown. Door knobs broken, holes in bedding, broken tvs and cabinets. No pool. Not a lot of amenities.
