Location Fees and service charges.

It was in a perfect location There were not enough cups and glasses and coffee for four people. Only enough for two. The room was very small as well.

It was great. Only complaint was the bathroom lighting.
-
Location - room view Charge for multiple cups s of coffee

Great location and view of the water. Stayed last year and loved it! This year staff at check in were not friendly or helpful. Checked in on Friday and dirty food trays were still outside ot the rooms when I left on Sunday.
-
The property was very clean and fresh, right in the heart of Old Towns waterfront. Lots to do and see! Parking is very tight

Excellent location. Beautiful hotel. Only suggestion would be to have more seating in the room. A two-queen room needs more than one chair and one desk chair. Two chairs with a table would be great to be able to eat in the room, okay cards, or get work done. Enjoyed our stay. Will be back b

Room was not very clean, Wet tissue box/sopping wet on the bathroom counter on arrival. Coffee was bland at the cafe/restaurant. The windows were small and high/awkward in the room. The A/C light was so bright of a LED it acted like a nightlight all night, so for those with sensitive eyes bring something to cover. I'd never stay there again, not worth the money.
-
Easy check in process, friendly staff garage parking. Hotel was across the waterfront which was convenient
-
Great location in old town right next to waterfront. Some issues with room at first but staff worked to figure it out. Rooms were spacious and nicely kept. All old town steps away, nice for a weekend.
-
Overall great for staying.

However, they did put us up in another hotel (which was so better anyways so a blessing in disguise), so that was a plus but on the paper they gave us it said the room rate was $179.00 but we paid nearly $320 for the night. He mentioned I would get a refund for the difference but I haven't. I will be calling. They said they had called the hotel before to let them know we were coming but they didn't which was frustrating. The Satire Hotel Staff though were 10/10!!! I will be staying at the Satire in Old Town next time I'm in town.

Location. Breakfast. Tight parking. Amenity Fee.
-
Beware of the "amenities fee"! I don't understand why I am forced to pay a $25 fee for amenities when I didn't even know any amenities existed at the hotel, now did I use them (whatever they were....). Just build it into the total cost. It felt like I was just being nickel and dimed.

The staff when we checked in the staff was very friendly.
-
Great hotel with really nice staff, very good location. I will definitely come back.

The room was very clean and comfortable and one of the better places I've stayed recently. The location is great in Old Town. The restaurant is horrible. It smells like something died in there and made me gag. The outdoor patio isn't much better with an obscured view of the water. So overall, I'm a fan but management has got to fix the stench restaurant/bar.
