Clean. Great location. Had to pay a second time for one of my rooms at the property when I arrived. Even though I had paid through booking.com with no apparent issues. Can some one explain this to me?

Location Could get the room cool, even moved to another room and couldn’t cool that one either.

Friendly staff I stayed 5 days and only once the housekeeping went to my room even though I requested it at the front desk so it was kind of dissapointing

The hotel was very nice and clean. All of the staff was great except the ladies working in the kitchen. We came down for breakfast about 5 minutes before breakfast was supposed to end. I seen there was still quite a bit of food left and I asked if we could still eat breakfast quick. One lady told me we could go ahead and eat. I started making a plate for my children and the two ladies working in the kitchen (on 8/4) started taking food out from in front of us leaving us nothing to eat really. As my husband watched them take it back into the kitchen and start eating the food themselves. I was extremely upset as we were planning to go to Adventureland for the day and then had to go on no breakfast. VERY disappointing!

Extremely convenient to our Adventureland destination, with a great restaurant adjacent to the property, and Outlet Mall across the road. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable and clean, and had two queens plus a sleeper sofa, so very family friendly. Our rooms were on main floor which was so convenient to pool for our 6 kids. The breakfast was very well done with real eggs (both hard boiled and scrambled), pastries, cereal, oatmeal with assorted toppers, waffles, fruits, sausages, yogurts with granola, plenty of options for our gluten free family members. The lobby had long high top tables so we were able to eat as a group both at breakfast and with our evening carry out from the Burger Shed next door. There were games in the lobby waiting area for the kids, a nice bar for adults, snacks available for purchase, and a complimentary coffee, tea, water and cocoa bar. The pool had late and early morning hours which we used to full advantage and the hot tub was big. There was also a nice outdoor gathering area with view of a pond. The rooms we had also had a view of the outdoor pond. I paid a little more than I normally would for a hotel to make cancellation and access more convenient for grandaughters and daughters-in-law, but it was well worth it. Big showers and plenty of space for our large group. Price slightly higher than I might normally pay, but given quality of experience and our need for possible cancellation it was a good value.

Good breakfast with decent food. Coffee could have been hotter but used microwave to heat it up. Pool was just ok as the hot tub wasn’t working properly and the pool needs some better and cleaner water. Location was great for going to Adventureland. Our room was a bad location, to close to the lobby so a lot of late night noise.

Great location, nice hotel! The AC in our room didn’t work. We called to the front desk twice asking for something to be done and they said they would send someone up but after hours of waiting no one came. Air randomly kicked on around 3am but at this point we had hardly slept. It was 78-80 in our room the entire time.

Wonderful location, amenities, and breakfast! Beds and pillows could’ve been better.

If you like it warmer - the 4th floor is for you! We unfortunately like arctic conditions when we sleep - moving rooms/floors was easy and the staff understood. Hotel was clean, breakfast was great, kids loved the pool. We enjoyed our stay.
