- Very comfortable beds - Awesome wifi all over - Good food and beverage offer - Very clean - The restaurant and pool area are somewhat under dimensioned for the number of guests - Only one lift for the entire room blocks - Occasional queues for dining - Rooms at the end of the block are noisy in the morning due to service entrance - Room furniture (if you care about that) is very dated and could use refurbishment

Lo mejor sin duda es su localización, cerca de puntos de interés de la costa portuguesa. Para ser un cuatro estrellas, la comida era poco variada y sin apenas opciones para los niños. Bebidas servidas en vasos de plástico incluso en el bar de dentro del hotel. Cócteles y zumos muy aguados. La habitación estaba muy limpia pero era pequeña para cuatro personas. El hotel es buena opción para una noche, como era nuestro caso, pero no lo bastante bueno para quedarse más tiempo.

Beautiful place, Super hospitality of staff In one of the meals, they just served pork meat and not beef or lamp.

Good location. The food wasn’t great especially the noggots. Full of MSGs and made you feel bloated after every meal. Staff weren’t particularly friendly. All-inclusive cocktails were of a very low standard. Room was very outdated.

The surrounding areas are incredible and well maintained, with space for visitors, whether for the pool area or leisure. For kids it's a great hotel. The food itself is good and sufficient. Very positive note for the fruits - variety and quality. Regarding the rooms, they need renovation, as they are old-fashioned and not compatible with the exterior of the Hotel. At lunch and dinner, the layout of the room can be improved to facilitate access to numerous guests and reduce waiting time (double line).

The snacks were edible THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. BOILED MEAT AND ROTTEN CHIPS. aBSOLUTELY CRAP FOOT. I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW BAD THE FOOD IS. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY FOOD AND EAT ELSEWHERE. ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I PAID OVER 1.5K WHICH WAS FOR JUST 3 PEOPLE 2 ADULTS AND A BABY. HONESTLY IF YOU'RE FROM THE UK AND KNOW TRAVEL ALOT THIS IS WORSE THAN TRAVEL LODGE. IMAGINE WEATHERSPOONS ON A SATURDAY NIGHT. THE DIDNT CHANGE SHEETS EVEN EVERY OTHER DAY. THE CLEANING IS VERY SHALLOW. THE DRINKS ARE DILUTED.

Not much. This hotel lacks comfortability. The food was disgusting. It was cold, no flavour to anything, the signage to say what it was this is dangerous especially as there was an allergy in my party and we had to keep questioning staff on ingredients. The room lacked a peep hole on the door for safety it is very old fashioned using a key to enter/ exit. The room offered no amenities you have to pay to use the safe. There was no iron, kettle or telephone provided. The hotel is not 24/7 service as when we went during the evening/ early morning there is no staff around. When we left the room for checkout we had to leave our key on the desk as there was no one around. Little to no entertainment for adults just kids clubs being offered. When we arrived our room was dirty, dusty and reception offered no apologies. Our room was eventually cleaned. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. We’re having to use taxi service to travel around. I will not be returning back to this hotel. The pictures advertised online looks nothing like the rooms we stayed in.

Staff were very helpful and the pool area was great The food was awful. I have gone all inclusive many times and this was by far the worst food. Very small choice and we ended eating out every evening after going to see what was on offer in the restaurant .The choice of drinks was very poor and no bar service available after 11.30 even if you wanted to pay

Lovely location. The outside area was great. The staff in the restaurant were great (unfortunately the food was not). The layout around reception & bar needs to be changed. There is no where near enough seating. Having 2 TV’s on in the bar is a really bad idea. The bar should be there to relax. On our last night there was a football game on and there was absolutely no where to sit. There needs to be a separate bar for people to watch the sport. It wouldn’t be hard to put seating in the reception area. We met the assistant manager early in our stay. She was really nice and helpful to us. Unfortunately the bar staff were very rude to us. I stood at the bar one night and waited a good 5 minutes to be served because the Bar man was having a conversation about football on the TV. The bar shuts at 11.00!!! It’s an all inclusive hotel. We arrived back from a meal out with friends at 11.02 and the same bar man refused to serve us. This should be a great hotel but I don’t think it is very well organized.

Tranquil, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were always very helpful and friendly.
