Noisy guests on the 3rd floor. Stomping when walking, run was cold, needed to ask for an additional blanket. Housekeepers were great, quickly responded to request. Asian tourists ate most of the food at breakfast, not much left when we arrived.

Front desk staff was exceptional. Room and bathroom clean and modern. Ample breakfast assortment. Very good value for the money (February). Will definitely go back. Breakfast host was far from warm and fuzzy.

Pool area didn't have enough sun umbrellas/shade. Accommodation staff were very loud each morning. I understand they have work to do before 9am, however we stayed as our holiday and would expect staff to be as quiet as possible until 9am. Accommodation staff chatted loudly each morning in the corridors. Breakfast staff were not welcoming and again didn't make any effort to be quiet. Staff in breakfast room banged cups, plates , cutlery and dragged chairs across floors rather then lifting them. Little effort would make the ambience more welcoming.

The room was spacious, the bathroom was large and everything was great! Beds were decent and the balcony was nice to have. Although overlooking the car park, it was good to have for a chill evening. The location was nice, peaceful and quiet! Having booked a studio, the cooking facilities came in handy! Overall, a nice experience. Breakfast was really unimpressive... We mostly booked this place because of the breakfast reviews, but that was not true. Very basic and very british type of breakfast, that seems almost improvised. Same really low quality small beer type sausages, same really low quality "bacon"... and the mushrooms were the ones you get in a can, and just dumped in the dish to keep them warm... Very few options, really disappointed... we had breakfast in our room most days, with food from the shops. Low noise insulations. Other than that, everything was good.

Very clean, comfy beds. Fridges in both rooms and lovely showers. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast just didn’t suit our taste

We had a studio apartment which was excellent, bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. Breakfast in the basement was also excellent with a good choice of fruit, breads, cereals and cooked breakfast.
