Breakfast was ample and nice. Was well laid out and plenty of room. Location is excellent with short stroll to everything. Our room was spacious and fairly comfortable. not a lot

Cristina was an excellent hostess. Very attentive, warm, and friendly. Likewise her staff.

The facilities are very nice as are all staff we came in contact with. Our room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was ideal and nicely laid out. Location is central so no need for a car as everything is within walking distance. We will certainly visit again and thank you for a wonderful time. We liked everything.

Firstly, the staff was amazing. The woman (Cristina?) that assisted us through-out our stay was amazing. The location and price was outstanding, and the breakfast was very good. The room was pretty good, although there probably needs to be a little work to the room to improve it. But overall, it was a great stay, and I would absolutely stay there again. Overall- nothing we didn't like!

Christina & Fabio made us feel very welcome. They had some tips for us and were super helpful when we needed a parasol or a letterbox for postcards, for example. The rooms are very clean, you can cook in the communal kitchen and for breakfast there was homemade jam and cake from Christina. Highly recommended accommodation! The location is also great. You are in 2 min at many restaurants and bars and in 10 min at the beach. From Alvor you can also easily get to other towns in the Algave by car. -

Great location! Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Lovely rooftop terrace and balcony. Bed was a little hard and uncomfortable. No shower gel or toiletries included in the bathroom either.

Breakfast fantastic. Staff very friendly. Decor very attractive. Quiet as we had a room at the back. Close to everything. Parked outside. Curtains could be wider to block out light. I found the mattress too uncomfortable, could feel the springs. My partner slept. ok

Right in the heart of town. Able to store our cycles safely in the inner courtyard. Great welcome from the chap on Reception. Beautiful breakfast with charming host. Everything was fine.

Lovely guest house situated in the heart of Alvor. Ideal for local shops, restaurants and bars. Charming interior, decorated perfectly, good size room with comfortable beds and suitable heating / air conditioning. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. Christina couldn't do enough for us and may the short stay very welcoming. Will look forward to returning in the future. First time we stayed at Alvor, as Praia da Rocha is our usual location. But this hotel will definitely be our port of call for further visits. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in a small but friendly guest accommodation.

Very intimate apartment, with a great terrace and right in the centre of town. One of the beds was a little hard so my wife had trouble sleeping.

? Upon arrival we had to pay first, and then we were taken to another location and a bad apartment. This was not what we had booked.

The building is nice, our room was big and had two terraces! The location is also super. The furniture is old, but it’s okay. Some things in the bathroom didn’t work, the pipes smelled bad as well, y he hotel didn’t have any shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. The sun loungers on the terraces are old and the mattresses dirty - not welcoming to sit on it. Generally we got the ‘cheap hostel’ feeling in this hotel. The breakfast was horrible. The hotel personal call it “bio” and “hand-made”, but it consists of the cheapest products you can find in the supermarket close by, cut on very small pieces and presented in a very small quantity on the breakfast table. Even the mini donuts we cut on small pieces. So if you can avoid the breakfast, do it and save your time and money for some nice breakfast nearby. The building is nice but uncared, we had a very unpleasant feeling in this hotel that the owner spares money on everything, especially on the guests.
