Very hard beds and lunch was very bad. Natchos were Doritos with a small soop Full of pico & guac. The veggie bowl was differnt than what described and very bland.

Breakfast was good. Location next to beach was nice. Having the boardwalk was amazing to run on in morning and see sunsets from in evening.

The furniture looks a little old but the rooms are clean. The breakfast is good with a variety of products including special diets. Private parking was a plus for us.

Great location, super clean and tidy. Great buffet breakfast, the staff super helpfull and nice. Housekeeper was lovely and our room was always fresh. Great hotel! Just i would like to have coffee and tea facilities in the room. And the shower didn't have enough water pressure.

The position We stayed at this hotel and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing, especially considering the price of €300 per night. The hotel is extremely old and in urgent need of renovation. In the bathroom we found mold, the trash bin and hardware were rusty, and the overall condition was far below expectations. The bed was made up of two single beds pushed together, leaving a large gap in the middle, which made it impossible for a couple to sleep comfortably. The pillows were very uncomfortable, the duvet didn’t even fit properly in its cover, and both the sheets and towels looked worn out and should be replaced. The hallways were carpeted with stained and dirty rugs, which gave an overall feeling of neglect. Out of the entire staff, only 2–3 people were friendly and helpful; the majority were rather cold and not welcoming at all. Additionally, the bars only opened at 11 AM, which meant there was no possibility to order anything by the pool before that time — a big inconvenience for guests. For the rate charged, these conditions are simply unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel unless major renovations and improvements in service are made.

The resort was beautiful. The AC did not work well at all, our room was so hot and the hallways were not air conditioned.

The staff were so accommodating and polite! They were all super baby friendly and it made it so much easier for our first holiday as a family. The breakfast had huge variety. Lots of facilities and the location was right on the beach which was ideal! Would definitely go back here! We rented a car and the car park was ideal in the hotel! Aircon didn’t seem to cool the room enough and we only went in April so this would be a slight problem for the middle of the summer. This hasn’t really got much to do with the hotel, but the outside pools were too cold to go in April. However, they had a loved inside pool!
