The rooms are very quite and the balcony sun rise in the morning Upstairs restaurant head chef didn’t want to provide water after spending close 90 euro back to back days for lunch.

Rooms were dirty, house keeping didn't even vacuum the rooms. the whole facility was old and run down, poorly maintained

The spa is really nice with pool, sauna, steam room and relaxation areas. The rooms are super confortable and I particularly love the fact that every room has an essential oil as offer and a diffuser to use the essential oil. The restaurant quality was good, but we were not impressed by the menu or quantities of food compared to the price they charge. Breakfast was very good with a nice choice of healthy foods.

The hotel is very well located in Algarve, we booked for more than a week and we could easily travel in the region from this centric point. Also Alvor city center is reachable by foot and is quite nice with many restaurants. The hotel facilities were good, especially the gym which is very well equipped. The sauna as well was really nice, during our period it was not so crowded and we could book at the hours we wanted every day. The breakfast buffet is good and has a lot of choices. The room was nice and spacious. The staff was super friendly. Overall we recommend this hotel, we had a good stay there. Too few sun beds at the swimming pool, especially when guests are reserving them by placing their towel before breakfast and showing up only at noon.. Also our room was 2nd floor right below the breakfast area, so we woke up every day with the sound of guest pulling the chairs (strong resonance).

Whole place from room to pool feels like a high end spa. It’s clean, modern, beautifully designed. The spa itself is extremely good. Bed are comfy, food is healthy and varied, the whole place is quiet and there aren’t any screaming kids. The staff are friendly and attentive. The location is 5 mins drive from multiple beaches. This place is just an oasis. So good we extended our stay. I have nothing negative to say.

The room was big enough and clean. The Spa is very good. The Sauna and steam bath have perfect temperatures. It would be great if there's a little pool inside that we can use in the cold days. The staff were very nice to us. Nothing at all
