The pool is by far the draw to this hotel. It’s spacious, plenty of sun beds and a good atmosphere. This is our third trip so we obviously like it, however I do think the food variety could be better and the old dinners on far side of pool replaced me

My stay here was amazing from start to finish. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to everything I wanted to see. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable place to visit.

- The meals (all of them) were varied, additionally with multiple options for vegetarians and kids, featuring really good quality apart from the occasional overcooked fish. - The pool is amazingly big, which, for a hotel this large and especially during the high season, makes total sense. - The hotel has, overall a good "modern" vibe to it and despite being quite full was really quiet at night. - Irrespective of there being a bus shuttle service to the beach, it's a 5-minute car ride, and the Torrealta beach was imply amazing. - The kids enjoyed the kids' club and the people working there were kind and competent. - There needs to be more control in the "all inclusive" paradigm. My family and I were stunned to see people grabbing piles of food, only to leave half of it behind, as if they were scared the hotel would run out of food. Absolutely pathetic. There should therefore be rules whereby if you leave food behind, you pay for its weight. - There was a strict rule of 2 drinks per person max. at the open bar, and it's there for good reason, the queues tended to build up very fast. It was never, ever enforces as far as I could see. I could spot people leaving with 4-5 drinks every single day. - We only ended up using the bus shuttle service once, simply because it's not meant for people doing half-days of beach. There is a big gap at lunch time (12:00 to 13:30) making it either too early or too late. - While the pool is very extensive, the usage of inflatable items and balls was way over the top and ended up using a lot of space. There needs to be a clear separation between 2 areas with only one allowing this.

Swimming Pool Staff seems overwhelmed, paying to use the gymnasium is not acceptable for a 4 stars hotel. Breakfast was good but the coffee machine was not that good, a Nespresso or other brand is much better.

This hotel was exceptional. The pool and hotel grounds were beautiful and well-kept. Our small kids loved the kiddie pool and the play structure. The food buffets were fantastic, good selection each day - lots of different cuisine to choose from. The all-inclusive drinks were also great, tasty and good selection! The activities and entertainment was also a lot of fun. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. My kids are still raving about it and we stayed there a month ago. This hotel was definitely the highlight of our two-week trip to Portugal!! 10/10 reccommend The wifi was no existent in the pool area and was unreliable throughout the hotel, not a deal breaker though.

The food was great but could use a little more variety. Felt like the food, especially breakfast, was the same every day. Also would have preferred if the children stayed down at their own end of the pool, it's big enough to keep at least one end for adults only.

The staff is amazing!!!! I can’t wait to come back again at the end of the year. 15 mins walk or 5 min uber ride to the town. While the town is small is has everything! Restaurants, shops, pubs, and the cutest ice cream shops. The beds are really hard. We came for a soccer tournament from California. The only complaint ever parent and child had was the beds were hard and uncomfortable

it was nice, clean and welcoming. Most staff are all super friendly and very accommodating. The food was good, not always the best options but you could always count on good fries and beef if nothing else. The pool closes WAY too early. I should have options to eat at any time of the day for the amount of money I’m paying. This is definitely a family friendly hotel so if you don’t want to be around kids all day, don’t come here.
