Left some clothes in the closet. Called and picked them up the next day, hangers rubber banded together. Left a tip. Hope it got to the right person!

The facility was wonderful however the front desk staff was not. We were first told we did not have a room and then had to find someone to help her. Not professional at all! The pool was out of towels I asked the same front desk person for a towel she begrudgingly got one for me but added "we have a towel shortage". Front desk staff in need of customer service training both in behavior and appearance!

Clean and nice Too expensive for the price. Was able to find similar ones with half the amount paid and no breakfast included at this place where as other were offering continental breakfast included. Staff were always staying No for any requests

It was clean and current. The lights around the bathroom mirror reminded me of a hotel in Oslo. It did NOT have a free hot breakfast. I thought all courtyard marriots had that. Good place.

It looked fairly new and well maintained. the basic amenities are there, but the Bistro wasn't open the entire stay, and our rooms were not refreshed.. They have no problem jacking the rates for prime weekend, but offer less service than 2 star hotels.

I will only stay here when I visit my son at Iowa State. Clean, lovely staff, great lobby to hang out with my family. Very happy here.

Courtyard by Marriott by far is our favorite hotel to stay at in Ames. Everything is always top notch clean. The staff is always very kind plus the Starbucks is a great perk to have on site.
