Comfortable. Spacious. Great location. Restaurant and bar are excellent. The only remark I have is that there is a bad odor that comes and goes. I usually stay at the Marriott on my work trips and it is always the same odor. I believe it is connected to the canal, but, still, it is a bad odor that I cant ignore.

Clean peaceful neighbourhood but local enough to the hotspots. The lift card reader needs updating old reader not recognising cards.

The location The receptionist’s inappropriate and unprofessional attitude, along with the uncomfortably hot air conditioning, made the experience very unpleasant.

It was close to the trams station and open space Staff were very grumpy in the morning, and the housekeeping are not cleaning the floors. Rest of the team were friendly overall. Phones were not working and even after complaining, the receptionist was not bothered. The decorative lights, lighting up the hotel is uncomfortable during our stay and the curtains don’t cover up all edges which allows sun or other lights to bleed in.

It was clean, new design, well designed, organized, well maintained, good trained staff, good amenities There was a letter assuring the AC was working, but it was not. Bed was uncomfortable and it concaving from middle. We were unable to sleep 5 days of stay. 5 of sleepless nights and days, you can imagine how this vacation turned out…
