It was just where the Prinsengrachtconcert was and our room was overlooking the canal. The room service was not particularly fast, but that’s not a big issue and it might be also because of the preparations for the concert.

The unique design and the attention to design detail were impeccable! The front desk staff was often very busy seems like they need more people to answer phones as it's quite a large hotel.

Lighting in room poor. Furniture dated. Room needs refurbishing. Location excellent. Restaurant excellent. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Garden area a peaceful and beautiful retreat.
