Fantastic location! Very tidy and cozy. Beautiful bathroom. Double room was very small and awkward to get into bed.

The design of the hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are really well decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The location is dreamy right on a canal and in the center of the city. The breakfast is minimal and the space to eat, although beautiful, was very small and feels crowded. The room was tiny and as it is a very old building it is very noisy inside the room at night, you can hear the neighbours showering and opening and closing the doors throughout the night. I would say style over substance in this hotel.

Great location, nice helpful staff, quiet room, a fridge, nice quality toiletries, room cleaned well daily, English channels on TV and kettle/tea station. We were on 4th floor. Tiny room with no wardrobe or draws to hang anything, so had to live out of suitcase for 4 days which is not ideal. The view from the window was of a wall, so not ideal also.

The Times hotel in Amsterdam is a small stylish and friendly hotel in a fantastic location in Amsterdam. Its central without being in the busy, hustle ad bustle of the main tourist area. The area it is in is more traditional Amsterdam by a canal and nice and quiet. The staff at the hotel are super helpful and friendly and the hotel itself, although compact like many smaller Amsterdam hotels is very nicely done out. Highly recommended Another mirror in the main bedroom would have been helpful.

Great location, staff friendly and helpful, especially Ingrid Breakfast a little limited, but enough. It is a small and cosy hotel.

Location is fabulous! Staff are very helpful The breakfast is very plain. Recommend you pass on it & head out to one of many nearby spots.

Location and staff All the steps inside

We couldn’t check in early which was fine. However, there was no space to change from flight clothes. The bathroom was so small you couldn’t move or change clothes. Additionally no where to set your luggage to open it up effectively. Changing this would be game changing.

Great staff, location and beautiful room

The male staff attending evenings was particularly helpful and welcoming. Sharing helpful tips and helping with bookings Rooms tiny, but i think thats Amsterdam in general

It’s boutique style, very clean and friendly staff Lots of noise from outside our room at the front of the hotel. May be an issue to you if you are a light sleeper or have young children. Not the hotels fault.

In addition the lift only went to the 4th floor. We had to handcarry our luggage through a steep staircase to get on the 5th floor where our room was located. Nobody from reception offered to help us. Not worth the money for the night.

This was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. It was impossible to access the toilet as the moment you opened the bathroom door you knocked your head straight onto the shower door! In addition the lift only went to the 4th floor. We had to handcarry our luggage through a steep staircase to get on the 5th floor where our room was located. Nobody from reception offered to help us. Not worth the money for the night.

Great location The rooms were very small - nowhere to put your suitcase and no drawers just a cupboard for clothes.
