Great hotel… perfect location! Out of the busy hustle of the centre…. On a really pretty canal street! Lovely and quiet but with restaurants within minutes walk! Comfy beds, great size room! Nothing

Excellent location. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. The room was this new “open plan” bedroom that hotels are doing where there is no separation between the bathroom and the room so in order to walk into the room you walk through the bath and sinks. Terrible layout. It’s a lot of money to pay to not have full privacy while brushing your teeth. Even if you’re going just with your partner, it’s uncomfortable.

Just what we wanted Location. Vibe.

Very comfortable room with aircon and nice extras. Lovely staff member who dealt with our late night pressure purchase when our flight was cancelled. Internal courtyard view, but that's what we paid for.

Excellent location

Great location - very central. Easy to get to all the museums and other sights. I would suggest the hotel not bother with the "welcome drink" coupon. It's kind of silly for an expensive hotel and the whole "this is good for a glass of wine or a soda but not a mixed drink" caveats made it seem kind of cheap. Either give a guest a cocktail or don't. I did not expect one when booking, so the whole thing was off putting. Not hugely - but weird.

Excellent location - perfect for exploring all parts of the city. Super friendly staff who were only to happy to help in any way! Only the fact we weren’t staying longer!

Loved the hotel, truly beautiful building, staff were great, location perfect in a pretty neighbourhood close to attractions, though peaceful and classy. Breakfast was outstanding, easily the best breakfasts I have ever had in Amsterdam and I travel to the city often. Nothing
