Building is classic and enjoyable to stay right next to the bus stop. It gets busy in the area but surprisingly quiet. It’s old building so no air conditioning. At least they offer fan to cool the room. We stayed when outside was 90s so it was a bit uncomfortable but at least this hotel provided the fans.

Stairs steep but we had be told that beforehand. We didn’t mind that but others should be aware.
-
Morning croissants ran out quick, and for having a "free breakfast" it was lacking. I wish there was a place to sit in the room to put shoes on etc.

Convenient Climbing stairs to the third floor. Skinny, steep stairs. Also the toilet is in the shower. Water was everywhere when taking a shower.
-
Reserved a twin room, however, ended up in a room filled with bunk beds. Very little room to maneuver.

I loved that they have a place to leave your luggage after check out so that you can tour the city all day and pick up your things in the evening. Also the coffee, tea and croissants were a nice added touch.
-
Perfect location, clean room, very good breakfast included in the price, nice and responsive staff, possibility to keep the luggage after check-out

Location central yet away from the crowds. Property overlooks a canal if views matter to you. It seems most of the units are bunk beds.

Location is excellent. Second time I have stayed here. Very cozy place with lots of old Amsterdam charm. Coffee and croissants in the morning were so nice!!
-
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Stairs! No staff for late check-in. Had to put heavy luggage in the unlocked luggage room. No coffee in room.
-
The stairs are very steep and narrow which even though the hotel was very clear with doesn't quite prepare you for HOW steep it is! We managed as we had very little luggage.

Breakfast is no longer offered and we really missed it.
