Room was nice. We got the quadruple for 4 girls. Spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is huge which was nice, but barely any vanity space. Not a big deal, just use the desk. There is a bell (sounds like a church bell) that rang in the morning which may be disturbing to some, but not a big issue at all. Overall, nice stay. The Ubers were also reasonably priced to and from the center, and you can even walk to places but it takes like 40 min. See above

The location was spectacular! It was beautiful and an easy walk from the tram. The staff were so incredibly nice and accommodating. They stored our luggage for us, and got us into our room over an hour early. I adored my stay here and cannot recommend this hotel enough. Be careful if you’re on the fourth floor, as getting luggage up can take a moment.

We are a family of four. So we needed a room that was big enough for all of us and that had ac and offered us breakfast. My husband requested a hotel with a gym. We wanted to be near the center and not have to pay a fortune. This hotel met those qualifications. We ended up getting two rooms. The check in was swift and the rooms were large and clean with lots of hot water. We ended up being during the heat wave so the ac was a little weak. You are not able to adjust it and it is set to a determined setting set by the hotel. It felt a little warm but not uncomfortably hot. The breakfast was a delicious with lots of choices. And the breakfast room decor was so pretty. The location was not bad. The bus stop was a few minutes walk and the grocery story near too. The ac was a little weak (the heat wave didn't help). Also we had two rooms 304 and 512. Maybe the hotel is getting a facelift or going through renovations but once I got off the elevator and walked to room 304 the hallway is full of construction stuff boxes just laying there talking up half of the hallway. In the three days we were there we never say anyone working. I thought that maybe it was just my floor but I saw that the second floor hallway also had stuff. I think that if management invested some money on renovating the hallways by painting and changing the carpets and a few other changes this place can reach fabulous level!

excellent buffet breakfast

Great location, bright and clean decor, overly friendly and helpful staff, incredible breakfast spread each morning, clean bedding and spaces, air conditioning and generous complimentary water and fruit! Watching TV was difficult as we do not speak Dutch and our room was on the 4th floor with no elevator, but these situations come with traveling!

The hotel is very well located, clean and very friendly staff. Nothing.

Great neighborhood - good breakfast. Excellent air conditioning No soap in shower; no housekeeping in evening and front desk does not have key to supplies nor is it “their job” to help with room issues. Bring great eye mask as curtains do not block light. Weird Gym is off property in a dance school with odd hours

The hotel is having room renovations, the construction noise is a little bit annoying during the day time.

We liked staying at the Chasse because it is clean and quiet. This is the second visit to the Chasse for us.

Delightful location close to trams and restaurants

The bathrooms had a bad smell especially in room 405

Beds were great, room sizable, shower GREAT, HAD TO TRAVEL BY FOOT OR TRAM TO GET TO LOCATIONS. The breakfast was very good, the extra blanket was wonderful. It was very quiet for the most part. I enjoyed watching the dancers next door. Nothing that I can think off. Very friendly staff and helpful

This hotel was lovely and in a quiet area of Amsterdam. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. The included breakfast was delicious with several hot and cold options, and the dining room was beautiful and quaint with plenty of seating. It was a bit off the beaten path, but a bus stop was only a couple blocks away and a very easy walk. The only tricky part was trying to get transportation for 8 people when we were leaving with all of our luggage. No fault of the hotel though. Would definitely recommend this as a great place.to stay. Nothing.?

Room was large, filled with light and very clean. No elevator so carrying bags up and down 4 fights of stairs was difficult with our physical limitations

The room size is big
