I loved the women’s only spa facilities and I also loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities that were available to us , e.g having an iron in the room without having to ask etc The hotel room was slightly hot and there was no option to alter the air conditioning in the room even though there was a tiny screen that had that option

It was conveniently located, right by the metro station. The staff were really helpful and friendly! There was no hot tub in the spa

The staff were very friendly, especially at the bar. They let us use the gym and spa right after we checked out, which was a nice detail. The bed was perfect The room was a bit too narrow for the price

I loved the massive bed, I got a free upgrade on arrival. It was great to have an opportunity to watch TV a bonus to have English speaking channels. The Vitality Spa was absolutely wonderful with great facilities. An excellent way to unwind after sightseeing each day. Not a big fan of Caribbean food, would have preferred more options available. I didn't have breakfast as I felt it was overpriced compared to other hotels I stayed with in Amsterdam.

The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast had a good variety, and the location was convenient with easy access to public transport. Nothing significant. Everything met my expectations, and I had a pleasant stay.

The spa was included in the price and it was worth it, the transports are very close and there are supermarkets and places to eat in that area without spending too much money
