The size of the restroom.

We had fun getting to the 3rd floor. But we old people were fine and we have found similar narrow and steep steps in many old places.

Amazing location, personable staff, and AC! It was a perfect spot to stay and I’d love to come back someday. The only issue we had was the shower did not produce COLD water at night. So it was super hot.

Great rooms very clean very comfortable. Close to everything. Five minute walk to the train station one minute walk to bulldog cafés one minute walk to red light District. It was right in the middle of everything. I loved it highly recommend and Tomi the receptionist was very helpful

The hotel was clean, we enjoyed every moment. The location was perfect to, got too see quite abit during our overnight stay of Amsterdam

I know Amsterdam and the idea of space is different, but there was not enough space in the room, not even for my carry on.

The room was great and spacious, there were 5 of us. The location was in the middle of everything. The staff were the best, every single one would greet us every day and we were able to leave our stroller downstairs which helped us a ton. The location wasn't my fav. It was in the middle of everything which was great but we did not realize it was so close to the red light district and we had small children.

Bed bugs, mosquitos, mold smell, dirty towels, super dirty over 15 mosquitos bite us we could stay 1 mimute at this property we left they declined to refund us anything. I will be bringing a lawsuit againdt them for getting sick do not stay at this property. The location and the staff were the best part of our stay The hotel is right on a canal so there are mosquitoes around. A couple ppl in our party got mosquito bites from them but that’s not really the hotel’s fault it’s just nature

Our stay in Amsterdam was very pleasant overall. The room was comfortable and well-suited for our family of two adults and two children—not too big, but perfectly adequate for a city stay. One of the highlights was the large windows, which offered a lively and enjoyable view of the busy street below. The location was excellent, right in the heart of a vibrant area. Everything we needed—including restaurants, grocery stores, and tram stations—was within easy walking distance. Its proximity to Amsterdam Central made getting around the city very convenient. Overall, a great experience and a convenient place to stay for families visiting Amsterdam One small suggestion for improvement would be the addition of complimentary water bottles in the room, which would make the stay even more comfortable for guests. Additionally, as is common with many Amsterdam properties, there is no lift available. However, this was not an issue for us—the stairs were manageable, even with luggage, and it’s something quite typical for buildings in the area.
