The hotel is wonderful, very convenient and comfortable. We have stayed there a few times now, and it never disappoints. It is a very striking setting and the views over the city were wonderful. It is closing for refurbishment imminently, and it was - unfortunately - apparent on occasion that things are a little bit winding down.

Bathrooms a bit dated. Breakfast should be more varied. Didnt have fish at all eventhough its given in Holland.

The hotel is old, the elevators should be renovated. the room wasn't so clean. The coffee at breakfast was bad.

Food was good but the variety in the main restaurant was very limited, the rooms were very clean and quiet Service wasn’t good, very slow, housekeeping never delivered anything you asked for and never apologies for not to. No one is there to help you with your luggage and also the working hours of the souvenir shop was really ridiculous.

Although the location was not ideal for me (not in walking distance to RAI), the hotel as such and the clean and spacious room with its canal view while working made up for this. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Longer waiting time at the bar (terrasse outside), but not something unacceptable.

The hotel is nice, the location is good, the staff are friendly and professional. The whole stay felt a bit of a "money grab". The Hilton charged us for parking in their own car park that is part of the hotel and is located directly outside the hotel. The cost for this was 50Euros PER DAY! So for a 2 night stay it was 150euros. The Hilton should not advertise that they have a car park in their amenities/facilities, as essentially they do not, and charging 50euros seems extremely expensive and they do not mention this at the time of booking. They also charged us 100euro deposits for each room and later an extra deposit was taken, because we used the bar. Expect to be paying more than advertised!

Super clean, very comfortable - just what you come to expect from the Hilton brand. The coffee shop was closed and the retail shop shuts at 10.45am - we would have liked to explore both. We only found the amazing bar area on our last day - it would be good to be told all about it and maybe even a 5 min orientation on arrival. We would have definitely used the bar! Location wise it is quite a stretch to walk into the city - we did it once, walking from Central Station to the hotel and I took well over an hour.

-amazing and comfortable rooms -excellent shower pressure -proper gym with everything you need -easy check-in and very friendly staff -very good breakfast with some table service for eggs, coffee and juice which is nice -location is good but could be better. We picked it for the access to secure parking but naturally this means the hotel is slightly outside the centre (10min walk to museums, 25min to Jordaan and 40min from De Wallen). -rooftop lounge access was a nice plus -direct bus from the airport also -high speed internet -parking is 55€ a day which is extortionate -location slightly off the city centre but really nice neighborhood
