Very welcoming staff, good location on a quiet and charming street in the museum district. My room was small but stylish and well equipped, and the aircon was very welcome during the heatwave. I slept well, had a good breakfast and went happily about my days

The location is fantastic — very convenient, especially if you want to visit the museums. The breakfast was delicious, but what really makes this hotel special is its wonderful staff. Everyone at the reception was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and professional. They made me feel genuinely cared for and created such a warm, homely atmosphere throughout my stay. It is the kind of hospitality that makes you feel not just like a guest, but truly welcome. I would be very happy to stay here again.

Great location, freat breakfast, great and friendly staff! We were in a room with no air conditioning during a heat wave. Also, the beds were a bit small.

The location is very good specially if you are going to focus on the museums. The building is old and I’m this gives it a very nice vibe. The size of the room we took is small very small.

The best things about this hotel are the location and the staff. The location is perfect if you want to visit museums, or the Concertgebow,, Amsterdam's absolutely lovely main concert hall. It's also near a nice park, on a quiet street in a very busy city, and very close to excellent tram lines that make the rest of the city accessible. The staff were not only friendly, but extremely helpful. When we were about to leave, one of them showed us how to register for an appointment to get through security at Schilpol airport, and saved us an hour and a half in the security line! I probably would not pay for the breakfasts again. They were good, but not incredible, and fairly expensive. That said, it was very convenient for days when we had early museum tickets.

This hotel is right in the heart of the museum district. It’s a short walk to the Van Gogh and MOCO. The area is quiet and there are so many walkable restaurants. Staff are extremely helpful and kind, and there’s an elevator for an option outside of steep, Danish stairs.

Very convenient to visit Amsterdam walking, Tramway available to go to the station. Very friendly staff with lots of local recommendations . We had a quiet room overlooking the back garden. Breakfast choice seemed reduced so we choose to enjoy the local coffee shops.
