Really loved the bed and the snacks selection downstairs. Bathroom was kinda dirty

The bed was very comfortable and the room was large. The place is silent, good to stay if you want to sleep well There are double doors between the neighbour suites, it made me to feel a bit scared. The floor was dusty. There is not tea or coffee in the room. Furnitures are old and it's far from city center.

Very good breakfast for 20 EUR. Easy access to tram. Very convenient bed. Friendly and helpful service. Dirty floors and dirty bathroom.

Staff great, easy check in and out. Room dirty full of dust, cleaning service never in 6 days cleaned the carpets, windows closed shut with no option to open them, lacking wardrobe, we also had a hole in the window sill

Being able to drop off my luggage I arrived and while waiting for my evening flight. The fact that my family and I were on different floors and our Key card only took us to our floor while using the elevator.
