Loved the staff, very accommodating and kind and helpful The shower had no door, just a half glass barrier that didn't cover the entire shower so the bathroom floor would get soaked every time we showered

Great location, easy to access, great staff, lovely room and great air conditioning!!! We didnt care too much so didn’t ask but we noticed the safe didn’t work. Might be important for others but no worries for us.

Were double booked so we were transfererd to the sister hotel just nearby - this was okay - but they did not inform is in advance that the stairs were very slim
