The IF Boutique hotel is located historical monumental mansion overlooking the canal at the sarphatikade in the center of Amsterdam The hotel opened after a major renovation in the middle of 2023. The hotel has environmental value. The building has an authentic character. Every room is different in view, shape and size. There is an elevator present. To serve our guest we the hotel used innovations related to sustainability and technology. We will give a digital room key before arrival. There is a self-check desk. Our diversity of snacks and drinks are 24 hours available in the vending machines. The living room or in our cozy garden is open for luxury coffee machine during opening times for free. The rooms exclusive design. The beds are from high end design and quality. In the bathroom we supply our guest with amenities from Rituals.

I love how close it is to city centre and how clean and comfortable it was! They have coffee in the lobby which was great as well as recommendation nearby and a little terrace which was really cute. Not being able to cast to the TV

Rooms were lovely decorated and comfortable. Great facilities downstairs and ability to use the kitchen. Free coffee machine was excellent! Our room was quite small.

The location of the hotel was excellent for our visit. We were able to walk to our activities or connect to trams and even the Metro easily. We had two rooms; each was clean and nicely decorated, but could use a wee bit of maintenance. When the windows were closed, the rooms were silent. The pillows fit us nicely, the beds were comfortable and we all slept very well. The rooms were stylishly decorated, but could have used a bit of maintenance. They were very clean, with the linens and towels kept fresh.

This is a real gem. We were travelling wity several friends and loved using the downstairs lounge and garden to relax in when we got back from busy days out amidst the crowds. Selection of teas was great as well as fresh fruit. Everything was great - even the AI concierge! A small issue would be if you were out late and your phone ran flat so you couldn’t access the app to open doors.

The smell when you entered the room was lovely and the decor was beautiful. There is no need to stay in a generic hotel when there is a place like this. The owner was friendly and helpful Nothing we didn’t like but check that the wifi details given out match what is required.

The property is clean. Our room is a nice and charming room. The whole building feels cozy, the coffee machine is superb, the fruits at the reception is also really nice. The fact that our flight is so late in the evening it is allowed to leave the luggages under the stairs and my digital key can still access the building to get it. I will sure be coming back and recommend this hotel. A bit small room to open 2 large suitcases. But almost nothing to dislike. Everything is easy and nice.

I found HUMAN HAIR ON THE BEDSHEETS UNDER THE DUVET, it was really gross (see photos). No humans on site for support. Support phone number provided didn't reply. The support though WhatsApp is an AI bot. After many massages trying to get the AI bot to connect me to a human, a human told that they changed the bedsheets once more, but there was still the same hair under the bedsheets when I came back to the room, so the support lied to me that they changed the bedsheets. Booking.com phone support is also an AI bot, connecting to a human was estimated to take 30 minutes on the phone. Even though there is a lift in the building one needs to take stairs to the building entrance and stairs to the lift. Very negative experience overall, definitely not worth 125 euro I paid for the room, avoid this place.

The room was cosy and offered everything we needed for our stay. The view from the window was nice. Staff were helpful at checkout.

Easy instructions given, super clean room an facilities. Loved the reading light above the bed! A bit impersonal - didn't see any staff at all for the duration of the stay (not that it was an issue).
