I have stayed at the Met 3 times and it has always been great. This was by far the best. I celebrated my 50th birthday this year and they smashed it. They were responsible for a party on Friday night and reserved our own area and exceptional bar manager Milosh who not only looked after me and my friends that night but for the rest of the weekend. Peter the manager accommodated all party needs ( and birthday surprises) and Fatima and team at reception left is wanting for nothing. Beautiful experience! Nothing!

Very new and stylish. Impeccably clean. The room had no carpet at all, which I liked. The neighborhood was well connected to trains. There is a Lidl right on the corner (Aldi competitor). The neighborhood seemed a bit empty and seedy.

Lots of choice for breakfast. Clean. Helpful staff. Comfortable room. Good facilities Could have a little more storage space for clothes.

How it looked nice and felt amazing Glass doors on bathroom and shower provides no privacy for who ever is in the room in with you

Very good looking rooms, clean and comfortable. Nice staff, available parking. Location a bit questionable, staff warned us that this is not the safest location for leaving car at the street.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Upon arrival, my friends and I were greeted by a very friendly staff who made our check-in incredibly smooth. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable—I couldn't have been happier. The bar had a great selection of drinks, all of which were well-made. The bartenders were both professional and welcoming. Since we stayed during the World Cup, the hotel set up a big screen in the bar area to broadcast the games. There was plenty of seating available, and we absolutely loved this arrangement. As for the location, although we mostly used Uber to get around, the hotel is very close to a train station, which provides easy access to the city centre. Overall, the entire staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The staff truly are the heart of this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everyone we encountered was incredibly warm and welcoming. Their friendly attitude and professional demeanour created such a positive atmosphere that it felt like a home away from home.

Staff were great! Communal areas were lovely and room was fab - really nicely decorated and super comfortable bed with a great shower!

The staff were 10/10 Desk help was super. People working for the facility giving much higher service quality than the property itself. They absolutely deserve a raise… First of all there was no carpet on the room floor and there were no slippers in the room. Asked the staff and they helped. Shower has a door but bathroom dont. So when you get out of the shower naked you are in the room. That was a two bedroom room we stayed, so there will be two people… At least shower would be private… And theres not a decent wardrobe in the room. Even we booked a two bed room. There was an open shelf and some hangers enough for just 1 person barely. There was no toilet brush either. Shower gel and shampoo was empty in the shower also…
