It is very nice Far from the city center

Room was quiet and clean. Hotel is located near to train station. Room was easy to check-in and check-out. Staff was friendly. Bathroom lights were operated by motion detectors. When you take shower lights can be shut off suddenly. There wasn't orange juice served at breakfast.

It wasn’t up to expectations. The shampoo bottle was half empty, and even the pen didn’t work. We paid a decent amount of money for breakfast, but it was very limited. By the time we arrived at 9:30, almost everything had run out. Some items were refilled, but it was still a very basic breakfast. The staff, both in the morning and at night, were not friendly in when responding to us. Also, the blanket was single-sized and too short.

The hotel feels luxurious, it has 3 elevators so you barely wait. The room is spacious and clean. The rooms don’t have light switches, they have a tablet that controls the lights and curtains, and the toilet has a motion activated lights. This was very inconvenient and uncomfortable, you find yourself tapping the tablet on random lights only to turn on all of them because you couldn’t find the one you wanted. Also, if you take a shower or sit on the toilet more than 5 mins, you start waving at the ceiling to turn on the lights. We had a heat wave in the time we stayed and the hotel wasn’t prepared for that, they did give us a fan to try and cool the room more but to no avail. When we complained at the desk for the second time, we were told that there was an issue with the AC and “it’s now fixed and should be ok” but the previous desk assistant told us that this is how it usually is.

The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay, which created a very nice atmosphere. There were a couple of minor issues in the room: during the hot weather the air conditioning struggled to cool the room properly, and the sink in the bathroom was partially clogged. However, overall I still enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back again in the future.

Parking, quiet area, clean rooms I used to stay at this hotel every time I visited Amsterdam, but now I will never stay there again because of the deception and arrogance of the hotel management. I booked a room with breakfast as always, but this time I was shocked when I arrived. The management completely changed the breakfast to a fully vegan menu — no sausages, no meat products, nothing at all. At the same time, they increased the price to 22 euros. The worst part is that this was never clearly mentioned anywhere before booking. It feels like their attitude is: “You must pay more money and accept our personal lifestyle choices without having any option.” Guests should always have a choice.

The air conditioning cannot be turned off from the room

The biggest disappointment was the bathroom amenities. There was only one shampoo/body wash product combined in one bottle, which is simply unacceptable for a 4-star hotel, especially for women. I cannot imagine paying for a hotel of this category and still having to bring my own shampoo. Additionally, the hotel did not provide basic amenities such as cotton swabs, single-use toothpaste, or bathroom slippers. These are small details, but they make a huge difference in comfort and service quality. Overall, the experience did not match the standards or expectations of a 4-star hotel. I expected much better for the price I paid.

Simple and convenient Small lobby

Room was clean and quiet. Metro is 5 min walking. Big windows. The amenities provided do not justify the high price. The room is pretty empty. But the worst thing here was the wifi. I had to pay for extra international GBs because the wifi wasn't working half the time, and the other half, it was extremely slow and unstable by 2026 standards. Also, keep in mind that there are 0 shops nearby if you need anything. One more thing: the smart controls in the room did not please me. I would rather have normal switches for light and curtains.
-
The room felt too modern for my taste. I would have preferred light switches instead of the tablet by the bed to control the light. And the motion activated light in the bathroom was annoying because it didn't register when someone was in the shower. As a consequence the light would just turn off during a shower.

Location was the best and the room was excellent.

A/C is not that good can’t be colder

Location close to metro, so it was very easy to travel around. It was nice to stay in a calm neighborhood.

All was good Liked it all.

Nice, modern hotel with electronic systems that function and are user friendly (and I'm not a technology person, but quickly figured it out). Location was good although it was a small hike to the Metro station. Elevators in the hotel were very quick. TV in the bathroom was a bit of a surprise as there is also one in the main part of the room. Limited eating options in the vicinity; there is a McD's and a Febo(?). The hotel was safe, but outside there were a couple of non-Dutch characters that seemed to be just hanging around.

The hotel was very clean, friendly staff, closed to the train station and in a good area. None

Check in and out was fast and friendly. Room had a good electronic consul. Fairly close to a Meytro station. A bit far from the city centre, but compensated by the Metro nearby.

It's a 20-minute drive from DAM. There are very few nearby restaurants. I couldn't find drinking water in the room.
