Bed sheets and pillows were dirty we asked for an other room they said we can cancel the booking because they don’t have any other room i was traveling from London and it was middle of the night

Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The location to the metro was awesome. The morning breakfast seemed a little expensive per person(24 euro’s) and the clean up seemed a little slow.

Everything this place was so awesome had the best time definitely recommend Nothing there was not a bad thing its a little far from the city but the train is 5 min walk and the trains run all the time you could be in town in 15 minutes so nothing bad about this place.

Location is perfect - metro station right across the road only a few stops to Centraal station. Great use of technology in rooms. Loved the self check in and self check out aspect and was able to store luggage after check out. Aircon wasn't great - had it at the lowest setting and the room was still very warm!

One of the best apartments I’ve stayed in a while in London. I love the location & the other 2 bedrooms it’s so cool cause you go downstairs for it. Very unique & comfortable beds

Extremely well located, friendly staff, good value Rooms are tiny, which is fine because most business travelers are on their own, and things are designed quite efficiently (like on a boat). I disliked the lack of bathroom privacy, which could have been easily solved with an opaque curtain vs a sheer curtain that divides the bed area from the bathroom area.
