Was central, reception was open and good value for its cost. They asked for a 20 euro deposit for the room key which we did get back but was not very clearly advertised.

Great location, very conventiant being pretty close to the center with only a 15/20 minute walk to the train station. Price was pretty good for what you get. Room was very small but again at a cheap price what do you expect it’s just to get a nights rest. Wasn’t the cleanest or most up to date but again the price reflects that I think.

A terrific location in the central part of Amsterdam. In spite of the current construction around the area, it was not too difficult to find. The young man who greeted us was very kind and accommodating. The staircase was incredibly steep and very narrow (and especially difficult with luggage). The first floor has shops, so the hotel"s desk is located on the second floor. Our room was another climb up. This is a place for young people (20's & 30s) traveling for the weekend (luggage is a backpack). The bathroom was clean, yet extremely small. Do request a fan because there is no air circulation. The photos are a bit deceiving -- everything looks larger and less crowded and the staircase is actually longer and steeper.

The room was very cosy staff was very pleasant. The stairs going up were very steep but that is to be expected in Amsterdam most hotels have very steep stairs

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily The room is very small but has all necessary amenities The stairs are high and the room itself is small, so having big luggage might be a problem. For me it was fine. But I was not ready that shower would live its own life - the water is running chaotically.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Location is superb as very close to every beautiful areas in Amsterdam. Even the room was too small, but sitting by the window with view over the backyard was something special. Unfortunately, we came during the hottest days and it was impossible to be inside of the room during the night. We were all wet and provided fan could not help as it was over +38 degrees. Even opened window during the night was not helpful. The room is extremely small and was hard to get dressed for two people as always were on the way.

It was a great stay in Amsterdam. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh sheets and towels provided every day, and the staff were lovely and welcoming. The resident cat was super cute and made the stay even more enjoyable! Shower would block.
