I have stated here multiple times and I’ve enjoyed every stay. The decor and facilities are good with kitchenette and brilliant showers. Beds are comfy and area is super quiet. Silly one but streaming to the tv in the room was a bit of nightmare, kept disconnecting on and off would be nice if there was Netflix built in where you could just log into your own account.

Everything. Our room was spacious and nicely-designed. I don’t know if all rooms have the small kitchen area but this proved really useful. The view over the river onto the Noord area is something we’d ask for again. The Vessel restaurant attached to the hotel was great. All of the staff were excellent. When we first arrived and finding everything so comfortable, we thought we might not bother leaving the hotel… but we did! Public transport from near the hotel to the city centre, including the (free) ferry to Noord are frequent and excellent. There was nothing we disliked.

Lovely, clean and comfortable. The man who checked us in was great!

This hotel is located in a new residential neighborhood, a little bit outside of the main tourist areas. In my opinion, this is a real advantage, as it feels much more real and less touristy. The hotel has a fantastic deck facing the water, where guests can have breakfast or any other meal.

The staff could not do enough for us, after an initial complaint Gianluca and team went above and beyond to ensure we left very happy indeed. When things go wrong it’s all about how the hotel reacts and on this occasion, they pulled out all the stops. Would 100% go back and recommend. Spa access was confusing, the clock didn’t work so we didn’t know how long we had left and had to ask for robes and salts. But quickly resolved.

This is my second time staying at The July and I’ll be back for a third. It’s such a pleasure. The hotel itself has everything you need for a holiday or business…great service, lovely rooms, good WiFi, good food and drink service plus the deck area in the waterfront is perfect for swimming in hot weather or reading, relaxing with a coffee. The location is calm, safe and residential but a stone’s throw from the city by bus. Looking forward to next year. Nothing

This hotel is fabulous! We absolutely loved the decor and the view. We had a small apartment suite, great kitchen, lovely bathroom and room for the family to sleep. We would love to return.
