To much money for what we received in room

Great place for walking downtown Anchorage. Clean and comfortable room. Family of four staying for two nights.

Hotel is pretty tired. Time for a refurbishment. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Centralized from downtown

Location. Staff in general were helpful, but some llacked knowledge of the local area. Humpys is not a quality restaurant... its a bar serving quick food! Room was not really acccesible. Had to step into the shower. For safety, accessible showers should have fitted seat to the wall, or a chair with a back to it. Shower stools are not safe. No back to them and no arms Shower floor was slippery, had to put a towel down on the floor for grip. As a result, had to shower sitting down and unable to wash properly. Not enough room to get the wheelchair to the side of the bed. Lighting was poor in the room. Needs to be improved. More attention needed when vacuuming the carpet.

The coffee was disappointing - perhaps it wasn’t fresh - but that was a minor issue. Overall, I had a decent experience. I was only staying for one night before an early morning drive, so it was simply a quick stop for a good night’s sleep.

This was a basic hotel well located in Anchorage with minimum facilities. May stay was comfortable and safe and the room was clean.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was spacious, well thought out and clean.

Location was good Four Points Sheraton brand positioning is to operate as a midscale to upscale facility. Given our extensive travel and hotel stays worldwide, at best we rate this facility as three-star with a five-star price, which would benefit greatly from an upgrade. On the whole, staff were very helpful but be prepared for a facility that does not align with the brand position.

Very friendly staff and easy check-in. Room was very clean and we loved having a suite so we could spread out. Hotel is in a great location for walking to restaurants, shopping and activities.

My breakfast was delicious, waitress was very friendly and helpful. Didn't like being on the ground floor, would have preferred a room with a view, not the carpark. Kitchen smells permeated through to my room in the mornings so maybe an upper-level room would have avoided that. Some updating wouldn't go amiss. Also, having no transport, the location was just a bit out of the way of main town but didn't realise that at the time of booking.

Restaurant in the hotel made my staff so convenient! I loved it just wish it was more affordable

Also, they wanted to charge us $17 for breakfast when we reserved the room. We made out MUCH cheaper for breakfasts by paying by the plate. Breakfast was not good. Had to pay for refills and our pancakes were leathery, and it was difficult to even cut them. Again, hotel was fine for a single night,

Didn't know about the atm in the hallway!

A lady from the hotel came and brought a fan but too small! And I asked her to turned off the ac! I tried to get some sleep but it was getting warm and muggy in the room! After 3 am I turned it back on again and put on my head phone just to cover my ears! It’s the most expensive hotel we stayed but crappy loud window type Aircon! I didn’t get enough sleep!! We were told our breakfast is included in our reservation but we were charged so I had to complain again but we got our money back! If you open the window you can hear loud cars and people around! I understand it’s a downtown area! This is the first time I complained about the hotel we stayed! I regret staying at Four points hotel by Sheraton in Anchorage!
