Comfortable bed, good breakfast The location is far from downtown, ugly surroundings, unsafe. I would not stay there again for vacation. Not a nice area

Loved the location! Close to the train station. So it was easy to get around. The staff was pleasant, but if they weren't at the desk, there was no way to let them know you're waiting. So you just kind of have to wait until someone comes out of the office. The shower glass partition still allows water to splash onto the bathroom floor. Just be careful when stepping out.

My room and the property were really clean and the staff were really welcoming and helpful. Also the bed was really comfortable during my stay. The water pressure in shower was quite weak.

Almost everything! That fact that I had to buy water, I think water should be provided & breakfast should be included.

Modern and spacious … well kept All was good except location for me, as it was far from the center but that was my mistake, I confused it with the Radisson Blue in the center of Antwerp
