Location in beautiful street with good tram 11 connection Room wasn’t refreshed after first night nor was bed made, towels not refreshed , had to look ourselves in corridor cabinet for new toilet roll, used cups not replaced, water in cool box not replenished. Basic breakfast with limited choice and very strict in timing (comment we were early when arriving 5 minutes ahead of assumed time) , city tax asked for cash - no background music in home kitchen so not private

The size of the room and the hosts were friendly and provided a safe space for us to stay. The breakfst was really good especially the Crossiants. Carrying luggage to second floor :(

Everything was great, from the warm welcome to the info shared about the neighborhood and the house, which is huge and extraordinarily well kept! I could come and live in the suite for a week so I'll definitely be coming back. And take the nice and full breakfast if you want to know more about the house and the adorable service we got from the next generation host! ☺️ Nothing!

The staff was great and very helpfull. Location also is very near to the centre, option to rent a bike and to park the car was a plus. The Apartement had a balcony and very nice spacious rooms and heigh ceilings. If you are a fan of culture old building this is a great one. For an apartement of 80+ square meters at this price level I would have expect to have a comfort kitchen. There was only a small fridge which didn't really worked well. And I really missed a kitchen to make some breakfast, lunch or diner at my own comfort if I would have stayed longer.

The staff (family) was super friendly and caring, always willing to help. The room was quite neat, clean and spacious, with fashionable design and interior. Wi-Fi was good. Really nothing to complain about nor feel uncomfortable about. It was still totally okay, but it was just one of the rooms of a family house, where the owner family also lives. So I felt the need to be more careful than usual so that not much of the sound or noise from my room would travel to the other people in the same house.

Amazing historical building. The street with full of palaces. A coffee machine would be nice to start the day with.
