The room was pretty but that’s it. It was very dirty. Everything. The room was very dirty. Our room’s AC didn’t work since they check us in.

Nice and clean, nice pool Everything was perfect for the price, maybe a little far away from the main restaurant/boats. But worth it for the price. Just a 25 minute walk!

The room was gorgeous and spacious. The pool was lovely to relax at. The staff were lovely, it was my birthday while we stayed and they brought me a cake and set up the room! No restaurant

First and most important issue is non- English speaking night staff. Whenever we call the reception, the staff replied 'no speak English, come down'. It was so annoying. Instead of providing us room service they ask us to come down. They do not have in-house dining which makes it very difficult to order even basic things. Room was good for 3 ppl.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Phu Dahla! The apartment was very beautiful and cosy. It was the nicest we visited in Thailand and we would have loved to stay there for a longer time. Lots of space and different lighting options. We also admired the balcony, the pool, the gym, the view and the calm surroundings. It was easy to get a taxi from the accommodation, but also totally walkable to the beach. Nearest shop it about 10 minutes walking, good restaurants quite nearby as well, basic drinks available at the lobby. Clear communication with staff as well! =) The air-conditioner was very noisy so we kept it off during the night. The wi-fi connection could be improved.

The pool area and view is amazing, it was very relaxing to work there and our apartment was on the 7th floor and had a great view of the mountains! The master suite was a spacious apartment with 3 TVs and en suite bathrooms. Staff were always helpful and cleaning service and laundry were easy. Some of the spaces in the clubhouse are not maintained or used, such as the dining area and the equipment in the gym is quite old.
