Clean , professional overall great nights rest. Good breakfast and coffee

No emptying of trash from the room, no clean towels on our last day (had to go to front desk to get them on other days), no shower gel (0nly shampoo and conditioner, which was free-standing on the tub.). The tub harbored water on the bottom, so you had to step in cold water to take a shower. We were told that the hotel was under renovation, but didn’t see anybody working on it. The best thing was the breakfast. I will not be staying again.

The place was good, staff was not very helpful; they assigned us a room which did not have a functional window blinds; then gave us a new room which was not ready and that was not addressed till we left. We complained there was an off smell, nothing was done about it. Someone else was assigned our room. Multiple small issues which we expressed but we were told to bring these concerns to the manager. No one approached us, discussed it qny concern.

The room was amazing. Big and very spacious. Very quiet. Breaks choices were amazing!

The bathroom tub had several issues and appeared to be poorly maintained. There were also plumbing problems that affected the overall condition and usability of the sink. The maintenance and upkeep could have been much better, especially considering the importance of having a clean and properly functioning bathroom.

Night manager was extremely helpful and nice. Good parking and close to the airport. A Lou Malnati's 5 minutes away too is a plus. Decent breakfast options and lobby seemed very clean. Room was definitely in need of some touch ups and cleanliness was average, overall generally what I expected for the cost.

Great breakfast and comfy beds. None of the housekeepers spoke English. The night manager stated that the wifi signal was poor and wouldn't reach the 4th floor. The bathroom were completely deplorable. Peeling paint in and around the shower. Also the water was very hot but the pressure was nonexistent. Lastly the hotel must be owned but foreigners because the hotel smelled like Indian curry the whole time.

Very comfortable bed to get a few hours of sleep in which is all we needed it for. So for our specific need for just a bed it worked well. We didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast so idk how that was, but the bathroom was very outdated and needed new coatings of paint and a good cleaning in the shower. We found coffee cup lids under the bed which made me question the cleanliness of the room. Again, good for a few hours sleep which we needed

Main room just ok. Bathroom trashed. Tub/shower filthy, shower sprayer was filthy and had a glob of toothpaste or something blue on it. Tub floor was uneven. There were 5 grab bars, nowhere useful, unless you wanted to take a bath in the filthy tub. 3 filthy scummy soap dishes, one at head level, which i did in fact, hit My head on. Back of shower surround had a huge , open crack, running along the entire wall. Bath tissue holder falling off the wall. We then had an incident where my employee accidentally stepped i to a crack in the cement median out front of the hotel by the bench. She injured her ankle and the manager on duty didn't take a report or really help at all. I typically don't leave reviews but this is one place I won't recommend. It is unsafe.

The front desk staff and the breakfast were nice. The room, especially, bathroom and window curtains were very poorly maintained.

Bathroom door was broken and not working. Enough towels were not given.

I checked in around midnight and explicitly confirmed a policy with the front desk manager: if my flight was rebooked and I checked out by 10:00 AM the next morning, the second night would be canceled and refunded. Despite checking out at 10:00 AM as agreed, the hotel has refused to issue the refund, even after Hotels.com contacted them three separate times. To make matters worse, the room was in a hazardous condition. The thermostat was broken with exposed wires hanging out, leaving absolutely no way to control the air conditioning. When I brought this up, I was told no other rooms were available because the hotel was fully booked. Terrible customer service, broken promises, and unsafe room maintenance. Avoid this place.
