This is actually a nice property, but BE AWARE it's a long-term stay place (though we were there a short time). As such, it has almost no amenities--yes, we got two small pieces of soap, which we used up in one night. I'm sure the absolutely DARLING hotel clerk would have given us more, but we had all brought our own soap, so we went with that. The hotel doesn't give out shampoo & conditioner. Luckily we had brought our own, but still, I missed it. There were no tissues, so we supplied our own. There is no breakfast, but restaurants/fast food are nearby. The property supplies a large refrigerator and a nice microwave in the rooms. Alas, our refrigerator, though turning out cool air, didn't keep anything cold or even cool, and our milk soured. We should have asked for a new room, but by then we were too tired to move. The room was BIG, which was good for our grown son with us, who was following a workout program. WIFI was fine. One BIG concern was the bathtub/shower had a convex bottom that terrified my husband, who thought he'd fall. We had to put a towel down to stand on in the tub. That worked, but it was odd. We were given towels for 2 when we had 3 in the room, but the KIND desk clerk gave us plenty more. Oh, there's no housekeeping unless you're there for more than 14 days. That did mean we found clever ways to hang our towels and washcloths and toss our trash. The room also doesn't come with water cups, so we got some from the coffee service.

Kitchenette It was dirty, old, room had ants and mold. Unfriendly and unprofessional GM.

Nothing Key cards didn't work Room was not clean Hotel hallways had debris all over. One small bar soap in room. No shampoo provided. No cups for drinking supplied. Had to supply a photo identification of each person staying in the room which they photocopied and kept. Tv remote did not work. Front desk tried to get it to work, couldn't, said he would be back up to room to fix but never did. Toilet seat broken on one side, slid to side when sat on. Only stay here if you can't find anything else.

Hotel cancelled and not notified. Deposit charged and not being refunded on time. Even after mentioning it won’t be charged, it was charged. Hotel staff rude not helping with deposit.

There is no shampoo, the TV remote is missing, and the hair dryer is broken.

The person at the check in desk was helpful and kind. However, the property was quite dated. The hallways had many stains, floors felt sticky, and there were smells coming from various areas. The hotel felt more like long-term housing than a vacation property. The pictures on hotels.com are very, very outdated, and the amenities incorrectly started that there is a breakfast buffet, which was a primary consideration in booking. The room was spacious, but while technically clean, nothing in the hotel smelled very clean.

The room was kinda ok. We needed a temporary place for a night and it was enough. The staff was helpful when we had issues and were great

30 minutes before checking in Staff called and left voicemail stating that my reservation is canceled due to a pipe burst. Tried calling back several of times. No one picked up. When I went to check in for my reservation. Informed the staff that I tried calling back several times and staff acted surprised. Staff stated they're not able to accommodate due to the pipe burst and unable to check in any other guest due to regulations and policy. For me to reach back out to Expedia regarding accommodation and refund. I was so frustrated. Ended up staying with my family in their room. But after couple hours, staff was checking in other guest. When I reached out to Expedia for the refund. Representative tried calling hotel and no one picking up. Had to go back to front desk to inform them that Expedia is reaching out for the refund. Had dogs barking constantly keeping family up.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. There were people who stayed and seem like it was for short term stay. The hotel was not like the photos on line. The not staffed at all times. The fridge in the room wasnt cooling. The sink in the room was broken and they had fixed it with some wax or coat to keep it from breaking. When showering the water didnt drain. You would have to hold the draining switch until the water drained. I would definitely not book here again.

Sketchy place old , people living in rooms not a hotel.

This property is fine. The common areas are clean and the staff were all kind, helpful, and professional. The room was dated and smelled musty / of smoke (when you enter this property, any seasoned traveler will recognize this is just a given for a hotel of this type and caliber); we self resolved this issue with a quick trip to Walmart for some Febreze and a plug-in air freshener. While the room was otherwise "clean", it was tired. There were visible stains on the curtains and headboards. The towel rack on in the bathroom was partially broken and the bathroom sink didn't drain well. On the positive, the bed linens were fresh and clean, as were the towels. Overall, we'd probably stay here again. This hotel is an excellent value for a multi-day stay, if you can get past what we've shared above. None of the conditions above were deal breakers for us, but they may be for you.

I was never allowed to even get to a room. I went through booking.com and I paid for my room there. When I got to the motel, I was told that they would not accept it because of 'missing' paperwork and there was a 'surprise' additional $50 surcharge that was not disclosed on the booking.com site.
