Red Roof Inn Chicago-O'Hare Airport/ Arlington Hts

I love this motel that I'm totally satisfied.

Facility in need of repair - too many broken things to mention them all. Service- No cleaning, no garbage pickup, no refilling of supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, and clean towels. We stayed for 7 nights, so we ran out of everything.

Had roaches

It’s close to public transportation so it’s easy to get into the city. The AC worked but was janky, none of the buttons worked so you had to unplug it to turn it off. It was somewhat clean, but still had its dirty spots. The room fits the amount you pay for it.

Rooms look like they’ve never been cleaned and had multiple issues with my key card

The staff was very hospitable. No customer service skills whatsoever. Very unfriendly. The room reeked of cigarette smoke.

The room was poorly maintained. The toilet seat was not secured, the marks on the wall were either scuff or mold. No hot water for a shower. The light switch above the sink was flaky, sometimes worked. The TV would lose the picture randomly. Would not recommend this facility.

Everything was great except for one thing the hot water sometimes did not work so it blade you on taking a shower, especially when you have to go to work or go out for the night and it wasn’t like a 15 minute wait usually had to wait hours multiple hours

Building is run-down. Small TV. No fridge or microwave. No coffee machine.

Never again

No hot water, hair dryer was missing, light over sink didn't work and toilet leaked on the floor. . .what more can I say???!

The rooms weren’t just dirty the were filthy. The one we had , there was thick dust, cockroaches and reeked of smoke even though we had a non smoking room

I am still waiting for my refund, I couldnt stay the room, you got roaches, mice all over, AC isnt working. The room smells, bathroom stink and dirty

Cold shower in the morning.

Hotel needs to update blankets and shower curtains and clean before every use... I'm not sure why this has not been done.

This isn't the same as it looks in the pictures, it has a terrible smell, a mix of dampness and dirt. The bathroom has a huge mold stain. The sheets were stained and smelled terrible. Besides, we never felt safe, especially after finding the police in the parking lot handling an emergency.

Hardly any working functional ac units . Some of the doors don’t shut properly . Sheets have stains and burns in them . Tv semi works sometimes . Tub very dirty and when you check in they send you to rooms not even cleaned yet . Charged me 45 dollars for a 2nd dog telling me it was 15 dollars extra . I took my own trash out and left the room decent . Ice machines broken and shady characters walking around 24-7 . Blood on sidewalk leaving a trail up the stairs into a room (hope that person is ok ) . Very doubtful I will stay here again .
