Good place to stay. Close to convention area. Breakfast options were nice

Nobody cleaned my room in three nights and 4 days

Older hotel room which was clearly a smoking room converted into a non-smoking. Stench was terrible and they tried to cover it up with fragrance which made it worse. Generally clean and I never mind date decor but smell was intolerable.

I really enjoyed the balconies in the third floor and the room was very clean, staff was very friendly and attentive

Poor A/C performance and slowest flushing toilet I have ever seen.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, clean lobby, clean pool area. Convenient and free parking. Easy on and off the highway. Definitely recommend as an excellent value hotel if you need a place to stay for a few days in the Chicago area.

Front desk needs two people. We waited a good 20 mins to check in after traveling all day because there was one clerk. Also property is seriously outdated. No USB charging ports in the rooms so if you don’t have a charging block you are screwed. Also furniture is old and in very bad shape. Lounge chairs in the courtyard all ripped and sagging. Very disappointing stay for a Marriott.

Staff are good, location is good. But there are mosquitoes and sink blockage during my stay Mosquitos

Good price and low incidental fee. Front desk staff was very friendly. Pool was warm. Location near food & gas was a plus. Located on a very busy road. Pool area had some cobwebs and debris, but overall was clean. Room was a little outdated and had some liquid splatter on the walls.

Very cheap move, very cheap. Little of remodeling won’t cover dirt and old fixtures.
